The location is good very serene but we missed the turn because the sign was hard to read because it was extremely dark. The room was fully ready bed made neat. The one I spoke to over the phone concerning me arriving late to the facility was nice and she did exactly was she said she would do to help me get access to my room. She was really helpful

Great location, bed was comfortable and very convenient as a stop when travelling. It was very affordable. Ample parking with an overflow area too, seemed like a great venue for larger groups/conferences and events.

It was a last minute decision to stay, I wasn’t informed food ended at a particular time so my child and I couldn’t get dinner. I didn’t want to order an Uber eats for pizza or curry which is what I was advised to do. I wanted a healthier meal. I did mention this to the reception lady as I checked out but it fell on deaf ears.

Breakfast was lovely! Location good for us, visiting family nearby, was peaceful and very quiet. Nicely decorated, easy parking, good size room, tea and coffee in room was very good quality, hot water was good and hot, heating was on and room was nice temperature. Pool a good size and also a nice temperature. Steam room and sauna good, not the biggest but ok, jacuzzi was lovely and warm. Didn't use gym but was really well equipped when walked past. I thought it was great value for the price we paid, would recommend.

We stayed as a family of four with 2 adult and 7 and 8 year old kids. The hotel was in a great location for us. The family room was spacious enough and we were very comfortable. All the staff that we encountered were absolutely fantastic and a credit to the hotel. We used the pool during 'splash times' and thought the facilities were great. Breakfast was delicious and we also ate at the hotel one evening and found the food good and fairly priced.

Slightly disappointed that a family room would be located so close to the function rooms-there was a loud disco running until midnight -not great trying to get a 6 and 7 yr old asleep. Given the size of the hotel, you would think they could be located further apart.
