Beautiful family room with separate room for the children which was unexpected. The view straight out to the sea was unbelievable. Room was comfortable, clean and had what we needed, a fan in the room for the hot weather would have been ideal but I know equally I could have requested one. Beautiful room, stunning views and lovely location.

Perfect location right in the centre of Criccieth and loved the private secure parking. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay, though we did take everything but the kitchen sink with us as we were holidaying with small children.

Beach house was a good location and an easy walk to the sea and town. We stayed for 2 nights and visited the local area. A comfortable home to spend a couple of nights and ideal if you had children as they had good facilities for family entertainment.

Loved the rooms. We kept finding unique/quirky little touches that made it fun. So nice to have a proper sitting area to relax. Shower in bathroom was excellent. Didn't meet the owners/managers, but checking in was easy anyway. Overall a lovely stay and we would love to stay again, and might even try another of the themed rooms.

Really friendly staff who took care to talk to our son too. Location is fab as tucked just off the High St so central but nice and quiet. Own carpark. We were top floor - view of the beach and castle. Sizeable family room with adjacent space for children which was perfect - even had a second TV! Furnished nicely including a sofa to view TV. Good breakfast with freshly served coffee.

The owners were very helpful. The idea of having a themed room was fun "The Tudor Room'. Lovely views from the window, many a rising sun, and pleasant walks on the coast.
