Parking - although spaces quite tight it was right outside and free Easy to access - key code for accessing the guesthouse and the room sent in advance. Added bonus was the games room/kitchen - o didn’t need them but good for teenagers or longer stays Facilities - plenty of tea, coffee milk and sugar and some biscuits too. Clean towels, hairdryer, shampoo and an iron and board outside the room Bed was comfy It was £45 so quite cheap

Functional room which was a good size, and had all expected amenities. There was some noise from the traffic directly outside the bedroom window, only single glazing exacerbated this. Beautiful breakfast and very attentive staff.
