Very nice and cozy place with great staff Julien and Polina who are very friendly and smiley, ready to take care of all your needs, to tell you where to go and what to see. The room is provided with everything one can just think of. One can eat (and even cook) at the room, but there is also a very nice boulangerie just one step from the entrance door to the hotel as well as another tasty place a little farther to have breakfast, dinner or just a glass of wine during the Happy Hour. Anyway I just can’t recommend this hotel highly enough and very much look forward to staying there again when in Nice.

The apartment has an elegant 2-level loft layout that provides a lot of space. The facilities (kitchen, laundry, etc) were completely sufficient for our 6-day stay. The attached balcony is perfect for breakfast or afternoon tea or wine. The overall atmosphere was excellent with a nice outdoor garden and tasteful decoration inside. While being fairly close to the city center, transportation and restaurants, the apartment was very quiet. It was also exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Finally, the owner Jean-Luc was one of the nicest, friendliest hosts we've ever met!
