It it in the quiet residential area and very close to the Main Street and the train station. 10 minutes walk to the ocean and less than 5 minutes to the train station. The hotel is very basic from IBIS but clean bathroom.

You get what you pay for. In general I was satisfied with my stay at this hotel. We came a few minutes after standard check-in hours but there was no problem to check in and book a place in private parking. Rooms are OK - I would even say a bit larger than usually in Ibis Budget. Location is OK as well - far away from the City Centre but you can easily go there by tram that has a stop 5 minutes walking distance from hotel. Breakfest was tasty.

Proximity to the airport is nice and the fact that the Ibis Budget is directly connected with the Novotel, there is a Bar and a Restaurant.

Cheap and cheerful. We have stayed in an Ibis budget before so we didn't have grand expectations but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was recently decorated and very clean. Breakfast was ok, good enough for the price!

The staff at the hotel were simply fantastic and accommodated us as part of a hen do with ease and friendliness. The hotel location was perfect, just far enough from the hub of the town centre but only a 10 minutes walk. Public transport was available everywhere so getting to places further out was super easy and cheap. The breakfast had plenty of options and it was an amazing stay. Thanks all at the IBIS hotel you made my hen do perfect 🩵🤍💜

Every time I travel to Nice I stay at Ibis Budget Palais Nikaia. The hotels location is perfectly located for my further discovering of Provence and the Cote D Azur. Well maintained and clean.

The location is the best, between the airport with free transport to Grand Arenas, where the hotel is. There is also a new railway station at Grand Arenas with quick transport to Grasse, Cannes et Cagne sur mer, or Marseille. Staff is very friendly in Ibis budget, even a coffee on arrival after 11am. Love the room with a view on the airport. Aircon works really wel. Thank you to Michael who made me feel very welcome.

I have stayed at the Ibis Budget several times when flying to and from Nice Airport which is just a 10 minute walk from the airport terminal.It is good value and provides a comfortable stay as is usual with Ibis hotels.

The Reception Lady was just so lovely - I arrived very late after a delayed flight ans she was so kind and helpful it really made a big difference - I have a good feeling about the Ibis Budget Hotel and will always pick this option when flying via nice - it is just a stroll about 5 mins to T1 and a stroll plus short tram ride to T2 about 12 mins

+Location in the proximity (5-10 min walking) of airport, tram with direct connection to the downtown, railway station for connection to Cannes and Monaco, and "200" bus to Cannes; + it's a Ibis hotel, so basic, useful and nice optimisation for travellers; + bassic Italian style breakfast and, yes, good morning coffe; + traveling again in Nice, I'll return here for budget accommodation; + off course, fast check in and check out; + nice and helpful staff;
