Exceptional staff. All multi-lingual and friendly. Very helpful and fun. A very laid back atmosphere in a hotel just a few steps from the Metro, with a boulangerie, a mini-market, and beautiful gardens around the square. The air-conditioning was absolutely wonderful, in an Olympic heatwave too. Complimentary fresh lemonade and free cake in reception, large comfortable lounge.

If you are looking for something clean, with great breakfast, some small fun for kids while you are having morning coffee, not far from metro - do not look more. this is a well managed hotel and for Paris standards great cost-benefit.
First of all, the location is really good i mean its bit far from center, not so far but little, still its very calm and peaceful area. Then the person at the reception, He is very friendly, helpful. We went there with kids, he made sure to keep us comfortable. The room is good enough for small family for a short stay. The room has all the facilities and clean. This apartment has laundry room and the room has dishwasher so its worth for budget.

The parking was fantastic (right outside the hotel and only a couple of Euros for the night - but maybe we got a good day!) and the greeting was superb. The staff were great, especially Enzo, who was so good with my kids and was like he was part of the family!
