Welcome to Checkmyguest, Alumni of Paris Dauphine University, and seasoned travellers, we had the opportunity to use the collaborative economy on many occasions, and we are proud to be part of this community. After many travels, we realized that some hosts were not really prepared to receive tenants. That's why we decided to create Checkmyguest to meet two main objectives: 1 - To help hosts to receive their guests in the best conditions 2 - To ensure that guests receive the best services in order to enjoy their stay. ## The space This 32m2 apartment is ideally located on the first floor of a building overlooking a quiet street, with independent and autonomous access. It benefits from an appreciable proximity to public transportation, which facilitates travel in the city. Moreover, it is also located next to the famous Parc des Princes, an asset for soccer fans. The apartment has a spacious living room with a dining area and a sitting area. The sleeping area is equipped with a sofa bed with a high density mattress of 14 cm and a quick opening thanks to the TURBO system, ensuring an optimal comfort. In the open kitchen, you will have all the necessary equipment, such as a refrigerator, a microwave, an induction cooker, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee machine and a washing machine with dryer for your comfort and independence. The bedroom has plenty of storage space, allowing you to easily store your personal belongings. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Sheets and towels are provided, so you don't have to bring them. For your entertainment and connectivity, the apartment is equipped with a television and a broadband Internet connection. You will have access to a fiber optic WiFi as well as an RJ45 cable to connect according to your preferences. Finally, there is also an office area, which is convenient if you need to work during your stay. This apartment offers a comfortable and functional space to enjoy your stay in a quiet and convenient area, close to public transportation and the Parc des Princes. ## Guest access You will have access to the entire accommodation. ## Guest interaction Available 7 days a week from 9am to midnight

## The neighborhood This apartment is located in Boulogne Billancourt close to Porte de Saint Cloud, two minutes walk from the Parc des Princes. The neighborhood is full of restaurants and many local shops (bakery, fish market, restaurants, butcher, dry cleaner, pharmacy, ...). ## Getting around The geographical situation of the apartment will allow you to move very easily in the capital via these numerous possibilities of public transport: - Subway: Porte de Saint-Cloud (line 9), located at seven minutes on foot - BUS (day and night) - Vélib station - Autolib station - Several Taxi companies available : G7 cabs (the most used) - call 36 07.
