The property was well presented throughout. It is modern, clean and accessible. There is air con which is great considering how hot it was. The staff were amazing and helpful at every stage. Highly recommended booking.

The hotel was centrally located with bars & restaurants very close by. We were met by Santi, who was very helpful & professional. Keep up the good work Santi. Breakfast was very well organised & the communal areas in the hotel were very accommodating.

The location was 10/10. It was clean and welcoming. Near the old town and close to nature. The ladies in the front desk were so nice and helpful, with great english! I enjoyed my stay:)
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Interior design was nicely done. The indoor pool was fun and I liked the fact that you had to reserve it because it's definitely too small to share with guests from other apartments.
The host Enric, was incredibly helpful over whatsapp sharing a lot of information, stuff to do, etc.
Really Cosy apartment, very well equipped with a cute garden which was very sunny. Lovely kind host, easy access and parking. Opposite a pretty park with children’s play area and walk along the river, great for our little dogs. The neighbours were lovely.
Has everything you’d need for your short stay. The team (family) is really lovely and very caring. Provided so many tips for exploring around Olot. Breakfast is simple but filling and very very good value, even if you have to pay for it. It’s also very popular with the community nearby - many of whom come by on a daily basis for their morning coffee.
Great experience due to the level of attention received by the hosts. Enric and his wife were welcoming and helpful, especially as we were travelling with 2 young children. The toys left in our apartment was a lovely gesture and kept our toddler entertained. The pool was greatly enjoyed by everyone. Beautiful apartment, will recommend to family and friends and visit again in our next trip to Olot! ♥️

The surrounding area is stunning, with a highly recommended restaurant close by. The breakfast, served in traditional Spanish style, was absolutely delectable.

The whole area is superb. You find animal parks like Molló animal park to enjoy with the kids. Villages like Setcases or Besalú. Nice day trips like the lake of Banyoles. Fairy tail places like "La fageda d'en Jordà" I recommend the horse carriage across the forest. Another super nice place to visit is "La coperativa La Fageda" they make yogurts but the project, the cows and the place make it a very nice activity.
it’s incredibly well designed, comfortable and in an excellent location to explore Olot. Excellent location on a bustling square with a great play park for children.
We were met at the apartment, which is always nice! It's a short walk from the centre and right next to the volcano Montscopa site. We wanted 2 separate rooms so cost was reasonable for that. Large lounge/sitting room and a little terrace. Parking right by the apartment if needed. Had to pay a deposit on arrival but this was quickly refunded after we left.
