The staff were outstandingly accommodating and provided a tray with teapots of hot water and cups etc. for us to have hot drinks in our room and were always friendly and extra helpful. We didn't have breakfast but the breakfast area and bar and sitting area looked very nice. Everything was spotlessly clean and well cared for, and the beds were really comfortable. The location was a very nice area, a convenient 5 minute walk to the centre of town and convenient for walks into the countryside and parks. We had a very comfortable stay felt very well looked after, and would definitely stay there again.

Has everything you’d need for your short stay. The team (family) is really lovely and very caring. Provided so many tips for exploring around Olot. Breakfast is simple but filling and very very good value, even if you have to pay for it. It’s also very popular with the community nearby - many of whom come by on a daily basis for their morning coffee.

Small, in winter not touristic at all. Locals often don't speak English even a little bit. The volcanos are nice and really. the "home volcanos" are small and easily avaliable. The bus station has a cafe, WiFi and toilet, so you can practically live there.

Olot is a good starting point to walk the Via Verde (Ruta carrilet 1) to Girona. The town is quite small but has many small squares with a variety of bars, restaurants and cafes.
As the centre of the Garrotxa region the volcanoes are of interest and very close to town - walking distance.

The rambles at night was very buzzy and good fun. The museum of Saints was fantastic. We watched an extremely good 8 minute video first and then spent ages looking round...well worth a visit. The Garrotxa museum had interesting art works. We especially liked the posters advertising cigarettes. Not park was cool too.
Great experience due to the level of attention received by the hosts. Enric and his wife were welcoming and helpful, especially as we were travelling with 2 young children. The toys left in our apartment was a lovely gesture and kept our toddler entertained. The pool was greatly enjoyed by everyone. Beautiful apartment, will recommend to family and friends and visit again in our next trip to Olot! ♥️
I liked the location of the hotel - it was within walking distance of many sights, stores, restaurants, and cafes. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. I liked having the ability to have 3 people in a room with the 2nd bed. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also excellent - I really appreciated the option of gluten free bread (delicious) and oat milk.
Very good communication from Montse prior to our arrival. The apartment feels like a home and had everything we needed. Quiet location set in a little hamlet from where there are lots of country lane walks which local people use throughout the day. Great location for visiting Olot and exploring the wider area.

Delightful 1950s semidetached house with a most amazing view of Olot town and surrounding mountains and volcanoes.
House is spacious and modernised to a high standard . Mireia the landlord communicated really well and was very friendly and helpful. I loved the area too which reminded me of an English seaside town . A stunning Supermarket is only 10 minutes away with an amazing bakery attached
Very good value for the money spent and good food in the hotel. A nice change after travelling through France where the prices are 30-50% higher for everything and the habitation which we stayed in France was terrible compared to returning to Spain. Also the food in France horrible and unhealthy. Bread shops everywhere- terrible expensive food!
Only stayed for 1 night while passing through Olot. Hotel is comfortable and clean. Room was spacious if a little tired with a sizeable balcony offering great views.

The flat was lovely - well appointed and an ideal base in the heart of Olot - for exploring the city and the amazing Garrotxa National Park. I recommend the flat to anybody wishing to stay in Olot.
