Perfect location, lovely room, but what made my stay delightful was the superb service. I happened to mention that I'd enjoyed a couple of drinks at the whisky bar behind the hotel and the lady in charge went to negotiate a discount for hotel guests. Which I made full use of the next evening. Little touches like that make all the difference. I'll definitely be back.

The lady at reception who spoke English was simply amazing . Never have I met a person so suited to her profession in hospitality. She was so warm , professional and went above and beyond in helping us navigate our first trip to China . She is a credit to this hotel . I’m only sorry I can’t remember her name , but she is the one who speaks perfect English. She even accompanied us to the train station when we could not book the tickets at the hotels reception ! Amazing service !!

The host - a family of parents plus their adult son - they are very friendly and obliging. The son came to pick us from the airport as per arranged before we left Singapore.

Reception was very helpful - they allow taobao parcel to be delivered to reception desk, they offered to deliver our food from meituan app to our hotel room and when we accidentally placed a food delivery order for a wrong address, they assisted to help with the refund process on the app. Kudos to the hotel reception staff for being so helpful!
This hostel is absolutely amazing. I really loved the roof terrace as well as the beautiful sitting area below at the restaurant. I cannot even describe how comfortable and beautiful it was - also because of the greenery! The restaurant itself also had a great selection of local and international foods at a reasonable price. My room was nice and clean, and the staff was very kind to me.
