The lady at the front desk at late afternoon on September 17th was exceptionally friendly. It was most appreciated after a long day. Also, we requested a late check out as we were having fall service work done on our RV in Morinville. This was granted and it made our stay very convenient and more comfortable than sitting in our vehicle waiting for the work to be completed. We also greatly appreciate the hotel's friendly and welcoming attitude towards our pet.

Because I was busy, I forgot to comment all the time, this is the cleanest hostel in Edmonton, the landlord is very nice, very kind, the air conditioning system is very good, also very quiet, if there is a chance I will come here again.

Our room was clean. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was great, probably the best free breakfast we have had. The kids liked the slide in the pool.
I travel a lot with my job so I stay at many hotels. This is by far one the better ones I’ve ever stayed. The breakfast was great with lots of options to choose from. The room was very clean with good quality toiletries which is rare for hotels. The staff is friendly and professional. There’s even board games in the front lobby which my kids and I had a few hours of fun with. The pool and hot tub are clean and that slide is surprisingly fast and fun. We stayed there twice now, and it won’t be the last.
This is the second time our family has stayed! The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The location is great, easy to find. The breakfast is always hot and fresh.
Room was spacious and I was pleased it was equipped with a microwave as well as fridge, although that was apparently me getting lucky. You should ask for one when reserving if needed. Bed was comfortable. Good breakfast in the restaurant and the young server was very attentive and quick. Staff in general were friendly and efficient. It was nice to have restaurants, Shoppers and Save-on-Foods right next door. Families seemed to like it - lot of kids in towels.
Honestly An Overall Amazing Experience From Check in to check-out! Welcomed with a smile & friendly Fast Check-in, Clean Rooms, Pet Friendly, Kid Friendly! The Pool was Clean & Well Cared for & easy to access. Hot Breakfast is included with a great selection for the whole family. Very Accommodating with all our needs throughout our whole stay! Definitely one of our best hotel stays to date.
Loved the family suite and that my kids had their own beds/room. It was nice to also have my own space in the room. The breakfast was great and the pool was nice. Love the location, so central and within walking distance to many amenities.
