As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Even if the cabins were quite small, they had two separate bedrooms.
Also the view was nice, and there is a large area for kids to play.
It's a nice cheap option for families
The location is great for a trip from Peterborough - to - Dartmouth as it makes a good one night stop over. It would also be excellent for a vacation stop with kids and pets as there is a lovely park and walking area and individual cabins for a family or two.
The room and bathroom were very large and clean. The hotel was easily accessible off of the highway and then a short drive to downtown if you wanted a meal out. The pool was good fun for the kids but it did get a bit crowded.
The Continental breakfast was well stocked and kept stocked while breakfast hours were running. Not just cold cereals but hot eggs, toast bar with loads of different condiments like jellies. Good tasting coffee.
Super cozy beds and room well equipped with everything needed especially when traveling with a baby. We asked for a crib upon check in and a pack in play was left on the room for us. Extra bed linens provided and the bed was stocked with lots of pillows.
My family and I were just driving through Rivière du Loup as part of a longer road trip. The Motel met our expectations. It was clean comfortable and all we needed for a one night stay. We liked taking pictures under the big motel sign with the kids.
