We were welcomed by Kim, the co-host and had a nice chat, she brought us some wine and gave us some ideas of what to do in the area. I found the host very easy to contact and very prompt to reply even through the booking.com messaging app! We had some wifi connection issues but Raheil was quick to sort it out! Raheil was messaging us to make sure we were ok for our stay considering the wildfire that was quickly evolving in the area at the time of our trip. Thank you!
The house itself was very spacious, fully equipped for literally anything you want to do on vacation. The backyard has a huge above-ground pool, hot tub, fire pit, lawn games, even a kayak if you wanted to paddle around the creek behind the property that leads to the lake. They even have some exercise equipment tucked away in one of the closets, like what?!
The inside was perfect as well, AC in every room. Fully equipped kitchen which was what we really wanted as my family loves to cook our own food and hang out together in the kitchen. Clean and modern bathrooms. I don't know what was in the hand creams but they smelled divine. I wish I had asked what air freshener they use by the foyer cause it was so subtle and lovely every time I passed by the door!
The location was also stellar as It was like 10 minutes away from one of the best wine tasting experiences we've had on the Okanagan, which was Cedar Creek Estate winery, and there was a dog beach for our two littles to enjoy! Also within walking distance from the property was Bluebird Beach at 5 min away, very serene and clean, easily accessed.
It's a very thoughtfully designed house and stay as I felt like everything is provided from the dog wipes to the shampoos, indoor slippers, Bluetooth speakers and the face mask in the bathroom. You can tell they put a lot into making sure your stay is as wonderful as it can be. Much appreciated!!! Will be contacting them for next summer for sure!

As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
We stayed for 4 nights with family and I liked that breakfast was not the same every day. My favorite was waffles (although I ate them only once). The room has a balcony with two chairs and a small table - you can sit and enjoy warm evenings with glass of wine. The hotel also has an indoor pool but windows could be opened and fresh air will be everywhere. They have a cafe next door - and you can have dinner with some meal discount (not beverages). Our kid likes hot chocolate from the lobby's coffee machine.
Excellent location, walking distance to the beach and all the shops and restaurants. Highly recommend for families with kids who want water play and beach play
The pool was so beautiful. And the grounds around the pool well taken care of. So many family's enjoying the childrens park. Bbq.. Volleyball net. They also have pool toys and we got some cards from the frount desk. Staff is so friendly..
We loved the location.The room was comfortable and enough space for a family of 4 plus a dog. The pool was great entertainment for the kids and us adults loved relaxing in the hot tub.
Everything was as advertised. We were pleasantly surprised to see the outdoor BBQ and eating area. Very family friendly! Room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.
It’s by the water, great views. Children friendly, there’s a outside pool with a decent size sand area with the lake view, so not only the adults can relax but also the kids can have fun too. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. The room was clean, one reason I chooses this hotel, no carpets in the rooms.
When I travel with the family, especially with 1 year old baby the ability to warm up milk and food for him is the must. This is especially important if the kid is extremely picky to the food's temperature.
