Great affordable space for people to stay close to Banff. Elizabetta was a fantastic host and did a great job of welcoming people and maintaining the condition of the place. I wasn’t so sure about staying in a hostel but this put my pre-conceptions to rest. Would definitely stay again!!

The staff at the office and over the phone was very kind and helpful. I called the office day ahead, the girl was very polite and professional, welcoming me and my family to the resort. When I arrived the person who I met was very kind and said he waiting for me to arrive. He hands me the keys and show me where to go and told me what is around the area to explore.
