Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a patio, Crystal Pacific Palm Beach is set in Gold Coast. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. The property is fitted with a year-round outdoor pool with a fence and is situated 200 metres from Palm Beach.

24hours prior to arrival the host sent a detailed message to let us know how to check in and collect keys/gain access to the accommodation. When we arrived the room was clean, tidy and well presented, with a self contained kitchen, laundry, LOADS of room downstairs with a little BBQ area, upon going upstairs the bedrooms were presented beautifully, the balcony with large day bed is a sure feature piece. The location was EXCELLENT I would approximate 30metres to the beach. It is close to many nearby takeaway restaurants and a surf club. A Woolies can be located approx 2km away as well! There is one car park which has ample room to open doors and a boot.

The pool was fantastic, great for small kids who could play all day. We booked this hotel for the pool and it did not disappoint. Breakfast was great, though some days there were not enough staff and plates etc piled up on tables. Restaurant choices were good but there needs to be healthier options for kids and smaller portion size options for toddlers. Family friendly hotel with a lot for the kids to do. Easy access to shops and the tram if needed.

The house was lovely, and very family friendly. There were plenty of activities for the kids, the table tennis table and e-bikes were popular with my teenagers! The beer, wine and cookies on arrival was a thoughtful gesture.

Heaps of activities for the kids from pool and water splash areas to hourly play activities. Staff and other guests were all super friendly. The place is very Family friendly. Kids can play in the splash area till around 10 pm and its a bit noisy, but in a good way. No one minds as everyone is there to have fun.

It had it all, me and my son went to Sea World, Wet n Wild and movie world and to be honest, he enjoyed to resort the best. It has fantastic play equipment, a water park, an arcade and multiple options for food and lollies for the kids. Would highly recommend for families with toddlers and small children.

Travelling with partner and kids aged: 2,5,12,15,17 and it was perfect for us as we were high with no open balcony but still could open windows safely without any chance of small children climbing up. Very family friendly with access to all pool facilities and a kitchen with everything to cook meals. Awesome apartment.

Stayed years ago and has been no updating since. We booked two other motels first which were just awful and not like advertised and got refunds so booked into Tiki for our third try. Was clean and sofa bed was made up and baby cot free of charge. Day three they changed our towels etc which was not expecting. Great views and I was relived the windows were screwed shut having small children. Friendly staff on checkin. Close to everything we needed in Surfers. Bath was great for the kids. Wooden blinds need some attention.

This resort was a perfect mix for a family environment, lots of child-friendly activities and adults could still enjoy the perks of being on holiday. Such as the swimming pool that was decorated to adult taste which made it a retreat, also cabana service! Such novelties are included in most family-friendly locations. It's either kids or adult orientated, never both.

The hotel gives a great vibe upon entry into the resort. We stayed in a Junior Bunkhouse Room and loved it. It has amazing family friendly facilities. The children enjoyed the kids club and swimming parks. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

This is the PERFECT spot for families with young kids, the pools are amazing and very small child friendly, the owner could not be nicer or more helpful, and everyone around the property was so quiet and so friendly! It's right next door to the wildlife sanctuary and has plenty of food and play options for the family. The apartments are big and very well kitted out for any cooking needs, and we were very impressed with everything.
