The house itself is - and of course my room has been - very clean, and due to my longer stay, something like a “personal relationship” developed with the individual members of the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. I can recommend W14 to everyone without reservation - it was and is a wonderful experience to be a guest here. Thanks for the nice time!

The woman taking care of this establishment is really amazing she makes you feel just like home it's in the heart of Pattaya entertainment area I was not here for the companie of lady but rather chose this place due to close walking distance to malls shopping area (best place for big size)beachfront restaurants now back to the hotel room was spacious with living room area ..the lighting of the room made it a really good vibe I had room 14 no balcony but on first floor upper floors have balcony overlooking soi diamond restaurant was closed but the great host provides great breakfast made with love and she always smiles highly recommended

Everyone was kind and cooperative. Trustworthy staff. Will definitely visit again. I forgot my keys in the room, I came back after 8 hours but they returned the keys happily. Best people you could ever find, lucky since I was travelling all alone.
