Ideally situated in the centre of Al Madinah, فندق جايدن-Jayden Hotel is within less than 1 km of Al-Masjid an-Nabawi and 3.5 km of Quba Mosque. Absolutely everything, from the location to the staff treatment and kindness since arriving to the hotel till check-out has been extremely amazing. The food offered was delicious and always had variety to choose from. The staff overall from the ones working at the reception, to the cleaners, the restaurant staff etc etc everyone was welcoming, kind and caring. Everyone played a huge part in making our stay in Madina easy and smooth.

Exceptional was Samee the restaurant manager who was there on shop floor for sehri and Iftar making sure we guests were looked after well. Nice sehri and Iftar as well…kids loved the food

Warm welcome, professional staff and great ambience. Sisters Hanood and Suaad delivered exceptional service in arranging the room as it was an early check in (it was confirmed earlier) and arranged parking as well in Ramadan peak night. Late check out was also confirmed. We got room upgrade from Grand Safi to Bhosphourus. All support staff are pleasant in dealing with customers. The room was clean with the availability of basic amenities. Nice clean washroom and great shower pressure. Near Haram After Maghreb till Fajar free Arabic coffee with dates and detox water. Overall another marvelous stay at Bhosphourus.

Room space is enough for moving around and storing bads for couples, bathroom is clean and smells good, shower is very good, bed is comfy & HIGH also big enough for me since I'm a big guy. breakfast was very good and had lots of varieties, location is next to Haram 2 minutes walk & you would br in the middle of Haram. overall 10/10
