Breakfast is very nice. Staff are all nice, especially Ghaida from front desk. I had a misunderstanding about breakfast but she cleared everything efficiently and politely. We paid SAR 80 for breakfast for both of us in the room. The next time we’re here we will definitely book this hotel. InsyaAllah.

Maybe the hotel is not officially rated as 5 starts hotel because of the name, But It’s literally 5 stars hotel service wise. We enjoyed our stay so much although it was one night. The room was clean and comfortable ❤️

Ideally situated in the centre of Al Madinah, فندق جايدن-Jayden Hotel is within less than 1 km of Al-Masjid an-Nabawi and 3.5 km of Quba Mosque. The location of the hotel was very close to the Rawdah 6 minutes walk distance.The atmosphere around the hotel was lively during the day and quiet at night which was great for us.

Conveniently situated in Al Madinah, Mysk Touch Al Balad provides a buffet breakfast and free WiFi throughout the property. This 3-star hotel offers a restaurant. The hotel features family rooms. Everything was perfect. Just after got into the room, there was a phone call from the front desk to check if everything was Ok. The restaurant manager moved table to table and chats with the guests regarding the foods and the taste and suggestion to improvise. That is a rare case, I must say. By the way toilet is bit small but its OK. Definitely, we will visit, Insha-Allah in the coming days.

The staff was exceptional from the reception to the bell boys to the room service. It has been an absolute pleasure staying here. The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff was very courteous, the food was fabulous an absolute experience.

Really appreciate the quick response to any need if I had to call. I want to mention one particular person at the door his name is Shahid and he was very helpful throughout our week long stay. From showing our room telling us where to get what finding the commute for us and places where we can eat. He was very professional. Overall over stay was pleasant.
