Naala Tulum features a restaurant, outdoor swimming pool, a bar and shared lounge in Tulum. Everything was super fine. It’s even more than i expected. The location is strategic because I went to the ruins by my own with the bus and it’s a convenient area to go to the clubs in the south of the city. The food was awesome. Staff was friendly and helpful (we asked for taxy several times and they were on time always, i also asked for an iron and they helped so fast). The room and surroundings with a lot of plants is so pretty.

Loved how quiet the hotel was, breakfast was freshly cooked with several options, including fruit and eggs, overlooking the beautiful pool. Bathroom facilities were spotlessly clean and all worked really well. We were given the choice everyday whether we wanted our room cleaned, which I appreciated. Room temperature was perfect. Although there weren't bikes to use at the hotel, the hotel staff arranged for bikes to be delivered to the hotel within 1 hour at a reasonable price. Very easy to cycle everywhere (Beach/ruins/restos either in the neighbourhood or pueblo)

The staff was friendly and help us with additional information about the city, best places and key aspects of tourist attractions.

I loved the decor and the chill jungle vibes. The restaurants on site were fantastic - amazing breakfast every day and the staff were so friendly. Lastly, my room and bed were so comfortable!

We have stayed 4 nights in this hotel and i have to say it was one of my best hotel experience and i have done many ! First, all the staff is wonderful and very nice!! They are here for u! Then, the rooms are huge, cleaned and beds are very comfy! Also the area is quiet, with lots of differents and good restaurants just around the corner Finally, the rooftop is amazing !! Jaccuzi, pool, transats, beds... Plus the bar / restaurant with good and reasonable prices with happy hour every days!!! We have tested the restauran and the food is lovely and portions are huge! Perfect place for tulum, to visit ruines, chichen itza... 10/10 !!
