Originally built in 1889 as a red-brick cotton mill, this historical hotel is just 300 metres from the Bikan Historical Quarter. It features 2 restaurants, a bar and gift shop. Really cool repurposed industrial building with an interesting history. Very nice new amenities right in the historic district. The staff went above and beyond.

Dormy Inn Kurashiki is a 6-minute walk from Kurashiki Train Station and a 40-minute drive from Okayama Airport. It features a restaurant, free wired internet and a public bath with hot spring water. Everything is perfect for this stay...location is right by the attraction of this place. Breakfast was excellent in terms of choices and quality.

The free afternoon tea was great, we basically went there for it. It's close to the Kurashiki Bikan area, and we were able to walk around there at night.

I stayed there for 1 night, the location of the hotel is not far from the train station and Kurashiki Bikan, allowing me to spend plenty of time taking cityscape photos, the price of the room included dinner and breakfast. the hotel was a little bit old but still functional and the room was clean.
