Friendly staff, large room for Paris standards, and we had a room facing the backyard, that was very quiet. Breakfast was in line with what we need (a plus for me, we pay for what we really want). Set in Paris, 2.9 km from Gare du Nord, Novotel Paris 20 Belleville offers accommodation with a terrace, private parking, a restaurant and a bar. very efficient check in as we arrived after 23. staff were very friendly (receptions as well as for breakfast). Room is very good size by Paris standard, and we asked for a quiet room at the back, which were given. Sleep well, good shower, good wifi and very good breakfast. Hotel is in very good location and has a lot of restaurants around. metro is opposite or 5 mins walk.

The hotel staff was very helpful. The room was small but very functional and well equipped and the bathroom too.

Great location away from the tourists/crowds. Really friendly, helpful staff. They upgraded one of our rooms so we could all check in upon arrival at midday. Communicated with us about various activities going on in the hotel. Nice touches in room like bodum kettle with loose herbal tea, powerful high dryer, carafe of water, comfortable bed & pillows, lots of room to hang up clothes, and strong shower. Would definitely recommended.
