Location is great, check in process smooth and the staff was friendly, professional and helpful.
I stayed in the Heron complex of Vacation Villages.
I stayed in the Heron complex of Vacation Villages. Registration is in an entirely different part of Weston; then inadequate directions are given to drive to the room. I had to return to the registration office three times (at night) for clarity. Staff seemed indifferent. They didn't even mention my room was on a different street! Other guests commented they also had trouble finding their room.
Heron I is more like an old run-down hotel suite, rather than an apartment. The stone flooring was quite damaged. There was no stove, oven or dishwasher, not even a dishpan to wash dishes in.
There was a bad sugar-ant infestation. Ants got in my electronics! At least 12 ants crawled into a glass of tea left overnight on the counter.
The bathtub is a SAFETY HAZARD no grips anywhere. You've been warned, Vacation Villages.
The toilet needs repair. The flapper had to be refitted after EVERY flush to stop the water running. Poor maintenance! Don't get me started on the cheap toilet paper. Like wrapping tissue it was! Guests should bring their own roll or suffer the consequences! :-\
I will not return to this overpriced, poor quality room.

It’s too far from the beach and very little activities on site. Our building is far from the resort itself. The unit was clean and furnishings were good. Bed is comfortable. Some parking is covered and pets are allowed. Multiple swimming pools. A side 1 bedrooms have balconies and full kitchens.

Used hotel to sleep in and was out and about during the day.
Used hotel to sleep in and was out and about during the day.
We had a queen bed and a sofa pull out to sleep two.
At the end of a long day out, we pulled out the sofa bed. The mattress was stained in several places and was " turned up " at the edges. The mattress was an extremely thin foam and was impossible to sleep on. We tried to use the sofa cushions on top of the mattress which just contorted and tortured us. we we unable to get any sleep

Overall a good place to stay. Family friendly.
Overall a good place to stay. Family friendly. Resort style pool and hot tub is nice.
No restaurant/bar on site. Just a small deli with limited hours. Rooms are outdated and no shampoo/conditioner in shower. Be prepared, in order to get your parking pass you have to hear about an “invitation” to learn more about their time shares.

Weston is nice and scenic.
Weston is nice and scenic. There is a mixture of friendly people everywhere you go, excellent shopping, and good places to eat. Getting around is fairly easy, because a lot of things are in close proximity to each other. Some of our favorite restaurants to go to is Flannigans and I Love Tacos. There are alot of shopping plazas. There is the famous Sawgrass Mills, but there are also smaller plazas that are just as nice with unique stores.

I stayed 3 nights at this Hotel and it was awful.
I stayed 3 nights at this Hotel and it was awful. The first day we experience drain broke and dirt in the tub. We called the front desk for them to tell me to take the drain out (Really)!! The third day we ask can they clean the room and change the sheets. They didn’t change the sheets we came back to our room with dirty sheets so I call the Front desk. The front desk guy was very rude and nasty he told me they will send someone up to change the them. They sent housekeeping up and all she did were hand me some sheets for me to make up the bed. The customer service and housekeeping is Horrible beware they want fix anything or clean your room properly. We will NEVER stay here again. I will take my money to a hotel that appreciates there customers and I’m one who never complains. I’m a operation manager and I know what it is to satisfy your customers.
All of the staff was very friendly and helpful, however, it is not easy to find the hotel and if you didn't drive it was very difficult to get around, there was no staff that could drive you to your rooms, the keys would not work most of the time, the restaurants did not have hours to accommodate you if you needed to get something quick to eat, no coffee shops, no vending machines besides the one in the gift shop, and no places you could walk to in case you needed any kind of service. The hotel room was clean but it smelled like urine.
Staff was knowledgeable even about questions not related to the hotel...I received assistance from staff at front desk when she went above and beyond to assist me. I truly appreciate her help.
Mizner is the best place to stay in Weston thanks to the fantastic location at town center. The parking space is excellent, the size of the room is good and the rooms are well equipped
The ability to use trash chutes.
I love the location. Weston is such a beautiful city.
The pool is nice and heated .
No room service/ daily cleaning service. You get it at a cost.
Staff was helpful. Full booked hotel due to people evacuating from Hurricane Ian. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed - kitchen, table w chairs, couch area.
