Breakfast was good. We had a problem with our air conditioning not working. The front desk sent the repair guy to the wrong room. We spent half a day trying to get our room cooled down. It was not pleasant and then the front seat told us we could move to room 515 and there is no room 515 and the front desk gave us a key to the room 805 we were staying in instead of a room on the 5th floor. Very unorganized. Not a good experience. Probably will never stay at your hotel again… Fir the price we got poor service…..

The front staff gentleman was very kind. The pool area was clean and the room was spacious. It had a full refrigerator and stove. The flooring was really nice.
