Hotel was in a great location, with subway stops, cafes, and sights (including the Brooklyn Bridge) all within walking distance. Rooms were on the small side, but pretty much standard for New York. We booked a room for 4, for 4 nights, and it still felt spacious enough for all of us.
The bar located downstairs has a good vibe, and was perfect for a nightcap. There is also a $25 daily consumable which can be used at the bar, which was a nice touch.

Calm area. Ferry, train, buses - closed. Ferry to downtown is free which we used daily. A great run around and views of central NYC. Supermarket and different shops are closed. A big outlet shopcenter a few walk minutes.
