Good choice if you have late arrival flight. They have free shuttle bus, it is outside 5e if you arrival at T5. The room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is not included. We ask front desk staff to call a taxi to city for us, the taxi has flat tire accident on the way to pick up, hotel call another one and pay the fee for us. It was very nice of them. We would recommend to others.

Direct in the airport means no hassle with shuttles
The beds are the best!!! I can’t say enough about how amazing it was. I did not expect this. It was perfect for a quick overnight so that I could catch an early morning flight. Price point was perfect for the quality of the room. Room had been recently rehabbed. Plenty of outlets to charge Phone and IPad. Lighting was great - had all the creature comforts - mini fridge, microwave, etc. Chose this location due to price, comp shuttle to the airport and the positive reviews on cleanliness. Would choose again if need arises.

Only problem was the washer & dryer required operation with quarters and not with credit cards. The laundry room washing machine and the dryer could easily be converted to "cashless" with an XCP VendaVolt Visa & MasterCard Cell Phone Payment App. Suggest contacting XCP Corp and purchase the cashless payment conversion kit for these machines. This is what most of the other Sonesta Hotels have done.

We were not impressed with having to pay $20 per night for parking on site. You would think that would have been included in the already overly priced room fee. $750 for 2 nights plus additional $40 to just park there, with very limited parking available.

The room was not serviced before our arrival. Pizza from previous guest in fridge. No linen on bed and rubbish not removed from waste bins. Dirty linen in bags in the shower. The worst hotel we experienced in 30 years of travel. We will not be back.

Rosemont super close to the airport which was why we chose to stay here.
The Fashion outlet is also quite close to the hotel. We just had an overnight stay at the hotel so can't comment much on any other features of the place.
If you are attending an event at All State Arena you cannot get a closer location. We were able to see the line at the arena from our room and headed over when there would be no waiting. It just takes a few minutes to walk across the parking lot from the hotel to the arena.
The rooms were excellently sound-proofed. It was loud outside, right next to highway and under the path of the planes landing just across the highway. You could barely hear any of it inside.
Breakfast was OK...basic little omelets, french toast and sausage links.
It was a really nice room with a clean, functional bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The restaurant supplied a good breakfast with plenty of choice. We changed to this Hotel because of its Airport Shuttle service, which was an essential for us. Also because we had used a Hyatt Hotel earlier during this trip which we liked, although more expensive than some we though it still good value. They also let us use the Shuttle service to connect to the Blue line of the CTA to get into the city centre.
The hotel itself is very beautiful and in a great location for the convention center. We forgot our box fan at home and the hotel lent us one! They were also very quick in responding to requests. When we first checked in we were in a room next to a room with screaming kids, but the hotel staff let us move rooms with no issue! Big thanks to Karem who helped us move! They are strict on their noise policy which is great for me!
Spacious, quiet and comfortable room, and I loved the opportunity to watch the steady stream of planes coming in to land at O'Hare from my north-facing window. The reception staff was friendly and helpful, and the free breakfast was welcome. There's also a supermarket near Cumberland CTA station and an Outback Steakhouse attached to the hotel, which made dinner easy!
This is a great hotel with friendly and welcoming staff and lovely rooms. The bar and restaurant attached to the hotel are lovely but the restaurant isn't cheap. I would recommend it to anyone thinking of stopping over in this area. However, there is not very much in the local area so i would recommend it if you have your own form of transport, i.e. car etc.
Front desk staff were incredibly nice and helpful. Lobby, Rooms and breakfast area was consistently clean. Probably one of the best hotel experiences I have had in my life. I will definitely be back. The staff at the front desk really set this hotel over the top.

We arrived at 2:30 am and were told the hotel was full and we would have to go to another Holiday Inn nearby. It was raining and we were tired; that’s the last thing you want to hear!
Location, near restaurants so we didn’t need to go into downtown Chicago. Very friendly reception staff. Rooms clean and comfy beds. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
