The beds are the best!!! I can’t say enough about how amazing it was. I did not expect this. It was perfect for a quick overnight so that I could catch an early morning flight. Price point was perfect for the quality of the room. Room had been recently rehabbed. Plenty of outlets to charge Phone and IPad. Lighting was great - had all the creature comforts - mini fridge, microwave, etc. Chose this location due to price, comp shuttle to the airport and the positive reviews on cleanliness. Would choose again if need arises.

Only problem was the washer & dryer required operation with quarters and not with credit cards. The laundry room washing machine and the dryer could easily be converted to "cashless" with an XCP VendaVolt Visa & MasterCard Cell Phone Payment App. Suggest contacting XCP Corp and purchase the cashless payment conversion kit for these machines. This is what most of the other Sonesta Hotels have done.

We were not impressed with having to pay $20 per night for parking on site. You would think that would have been included in the already overly priced room fee. $750 for 2 nights plus additional $40 to just park there, with very limited parking available.

The room was not serviced before our arrival. Pizza from previous guest in fridge. No linen on bed and rubbish not removed from waste bins. Dirty linen in bags in the shower. The worst hotel we experienced in 30 years of travel. We will not be back.

The Fashion outlet is also quite close to the hotel. We just had an overnight stay at the hotel so can't comment much on any other features of the place.
1) Clean lobby 2) Water available in lobby 3) Near Airport Rental Car Center 4) Close to some grocery and restaurants 5) Sofabed in many rooms 6) Push dispensers for hand wash, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner 7) Free streamable services available through television 8) Dual shower heads: one for hand-held cleaning and one for regular gravity-fall showering (it would be good for other hotel conglomerates to adopt this kind of shower head!)
During my stay, I reported to the receptionist that there was a smell of burning grass in my bathroom. unfortunately no one came to check. then when I returned to my country, I received an email from the hotel that they were charging me $250 for smoking in the room!! this is such a joke!! I've been to this hotel twice and I won't stay there again. I do not recommend!!!
Its an airport hotel. Location is perfect. easily accessible from all the main terminals via underground walkway. It is quite expensive but you are literally 4 min walk from the terminal. Rooms are big and had a darkening curtains for all you jet-lagged quests. Excellent restaurant in the ground floor.
Spacious, comfy, and clean room. The free breakfast in the morning was so good! We came to Chicago for a concert at the Allstate Arena which was walking distance from the hotel. We had such a good time and the hotel really exceeded our expectations! Will definitely stay here in future visits!
Perfectly situated right out from the airport past the car rental area. They offer a shuttle that also picks up at Terminal 2 if you do not wish to walk the distance. A HUGE amount of space in the rooms! And the hotel restaurant is also amazing if you have the chance to take advantage of it!
We were on a very short trip to Chicago and needed something close to the airport, so this hotel was a great choice. It is very close to the Fashion Outlets Mall, so for people interested in shopping, it can be a very convenient location since it is within walking distance.
I stayed there for convenience only, My first flight and second flight were cancelled, and I really didn't want to go searching for hotels further from the airport so stayed in the Hilton regardless of the cost, knowing all good hotels near the airport would be expensive.
Front desk staff were incredibly nice and helpful. Lobby, Rooms and breakfast area was consistently clean. Probably one of the best hotel experiences I have had in my life. I will definitely be back. The staff at the front desk really set this hotel over the top.
The hotel is excellent as well as the customer service. The only issue was with Booking.com
The picture and description of the room does not match the actual room for the price listed. This was not the fault of the hotel and they gave us a free breakfast.
This hotel is right in the heart of Rosemont and perfect for travelers. We stayed one night to catch a flight the next morning and enjoyed the area for dinner and the hotel for our stay. It was clean and comfortable.
Bonus was the free breakfast.
Breakfast was your classic hotel breakfast. I would say better than some hotels that I've been too! They had a good selection the day that I went. Even though the dining area was pretty packed, we had no issue bringing it up to our rooms.
