The location was very convenient for us, since we were staying in Chicago for less than 24h and had a very early flight (at 6am) on the next day.
They have 24h suttle service from and to the airport that worked very well for us. They even offered it to us when we had to go to the city, so we could take the subway directly from the airport, instead of taking an aditional bus.
The staff was helpful and the room was spacious and clean.

Big room. I stayed only one night but too enough space. Good location and convenient to go to airport. We used a restaurant on the ground floor for a meeting. Good arrangement for the table.

The elevator broke down (we heard it does often) and we were on the 7th floor I'm 80 years old with a hip issue, we asked to be moved to the 1st floor but NO, so we got room on the 2nd floor but it was still very difficult to use 2 fights of stairs.
The bathtub was very slippery and the floor sticky.
The location was great but I don't think I will be back there.

it was just a room. Beds hard, Small. Fairly clean. We paid for a delux room and when we got to the room it was not a delux. The person who checked us in said nothing about it not being delux. She could not give us any kind of refund and said we had to contact Booking.com.

Schiller Park was close to the airport for our needs.
Schiller Park was close to the airport for our needs. For visitors to Chicago for entertainment and events? Too far to move among traffic to the downtown areas and to return to hotels if using ground transportation.

Nice and clean. Staff was nice.
Nice and clean. Staff was nice. Beware, there is a $20 fee you're charged at check-in for incidentals. Not sure what that means. I bring my own shampoo and soap. Perhaps I should have charged them the $20 for bringing my own incidentals.

Wow..this place is sweet..they have a forest reserve that you can get out too! Biking, hiking, soooo much you can do and it's clean!! The architecture of the houses really stood out for me! We also visited a fantastic record store not far from our hotel Rolling Stones record shop..good stuff. We also ate at Tacos Locos..I haven't had tacos with potatoes in them for years....and they were not disappointing!
My flight was cancelled so I just needed a hotel close to the airport for one night. They have a shuttle every 20 minutes so convenient. The staff were very helpful and friendly and they had a nice supply of items in their shop plus they gave us water and free snacks in the morning to take with us. The lobby was being renovated, the rooms had already been updated and were very clean.
I like this hotel and have stayed here a couple of times now. It’s within reasonable travel time/distance from downtown and the city with a safe travel route (blue line cta, bus to and from Rosemont). Very nice bar/diner with fair priced good food. Clean rooms and friendly staff
The proximity to the airport & the free shuttle bus were the major considerations why I booked at Comfort Suites Hotel. Check-in was a breeze with the cheerful staff. The front desk is always manned. Would recommend & book again if I go to Chicago. Worth what you paid for.
The staff at the reception was a great gentle man and was a great help. The hotel is easily accessible by both public and private transportation. It was getting clean daily and our stay was satisfying. It's recommended for families and solo travelers.
Shuttle was regular and true to time. The hotel is in need of serious updates and the communal areas need a deep clean. 7th floor hall carpet dirty, elevators dirty and the restaurant not open for breakfast on a sunday morning.
There was no restaurant open on the site the day I was there . The courtesy bus was good . Room was fairly clean but not to a standard of cleanliness in a hotel that I have a stayed in before . Location was ok
The restaurant is a plus also the beds are comfortable I like how the blankets are thick , the hotel is actually decent for the price could use some TLC but it is fine
To save money this hotel hands out breakfast items instead of it being a grab and go like at a REAL Hampton Inn. To top it off there's a tip jar, how cheap is that?
