The sunrise was beautiful. I recommend people go see it . We went during rip tide be cautious . Jelly fish on beach .not alot shells . Lucky fish breakfast by pier was nice , pier was nice . Dundee donuts were good breakfast , Flanigan restaurant was good. Taco joint best taco ,street corn ever . By pompano beach park. Parking at beach machines were broke . Need download app older visitors struggling . Loved Lighthouse inlet park gorgeous view nice park . Avoid traffic around 1'95 gets backed up in afternoon.

Watch out for this place. From the minute I checked in they started selling me excursions and a 90 minute facility overview which was actually a hard core sale for times shares. They lied to me several times saying they were cutting me a deal by giving me excursions and free parking

For this Inn need to check the description of the room. When checking in and going to my room it did not look like what is shown in the pictures. Small window and looked out to the pool, not the ocean. Did go back down to the desk and complain and a few reasons offered did sound reasonable. So I did pay more and was able to get the room I wanted..And that made everything better immediately. This Inn is GREAT you really don't need to leave the property at all . My friends got to come to visit like it was my house we had a great time ..Have children all kinds of things for them to do together in the sun.. Inn pool water is just like bath water. If you are wanting fresh fish THE FISH SHACK 2.6 MILES away and lots of other options.

Pompano Beach offered many accommodations. Free parking for hotel stays. The pier was free and very clean with provided seating. The walkways were pavers that were wide and very clean. There was a workout facilities by the beach along with a playground and public restrooms. There were restaurants and bars within walking distance to the beach. The beach area had snack shacks. There was yoga in the morning at two areas along the beach that offered yoga for the novice and more serious participants. The city has developed the area with tourists in mind.
I loved everything about this accommodation. The location, the size of our condo, the facilities. Absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely return. We arrived a few hours later than I had predicted and the reception lady stayed to hand over our key and show me where our accommodation was. Being right on the water was amazing. The walk to the beach was literally 4 minutes. We stayed 6 nights in Kissimmee and 6 nights here and I wish we had stayed longer in pompano beach and less time in Kissimmee!
The owner was a very nice and helpful person. She provided us with very detail information about the cottage and neighborhood, recommended cheap shopping malls. It was a surprise to receive a gift waiting for us in a cottage - beach bag. There were also surfboards in the cottage which my kids could use what was a very important benefit for us. Excellent wi fi. Very good place to work remotely. Everything is very close (beach, stores, restaurants).
The location is top notch on this room. We stayed in room 9 which is on the 2nd floor. It is the closest room to the beach. Hotel was easy to find and within half mile of shops and restaurants. We did a late check -in so office was already closed. We called the # on the droop box and the lady answered promptly and gave us a code , simple process. This hotel has the potential to be an awesome retro boutique hotel...if someone gets on it quickly.
The place is amazing: interior design, all the little details, kitchenware, beach towels, cleanliness. Everything was perfect.
The hosts are amazing: they were easy to reach with questions. Left great instructions. Provided all kinds of little extras for a special occasion (NYE).

I usually stay at the larger, brand named hotels, but as our visit was during the Fort Lauderdale International Boatshow, the branded hotels were fully booked or over priced. What attracted me to the Surf Side was the 'old Florida' charm. It reminded me of the motels I used to stay in with my family when I was a kid. The owner was super friendly and you can't beat the location.
The house was so clean. It had all the amenities needed for a South Florida stay. The kitchen had all utensils needed for preparing meals or just morning coffee which was provided. The beds were perfect for a peaceful rest.
The beach ⛱️ is just a short walk or drive across the Intercoastal Waterway.
This is a hidden treasure in Pompano Beach. Walking distance to the beach plenty of restaurants. I can’t say enough about Sam and his parents. They really care that you have a great experience.
Let let us check in early so that we could enjoy the pool. Overall I give them a 10+
Great value! Comfortable, clean room. Sam was incredibly welcoming and helpful! Very short walk to the beach. It’s not the Ritz, but who needs the Ritz when you’ve got the ocean. We’re not ones to sit in a hotel! Great food and amenities close by. Will definitely return!!
