Unprofessional behaviour stag so rude and disgusting
Shuttle came after 120 minutes waiting outside
Staff offer a room that already occupied
We open the door and a guy was sleeping on bed
Next day the shuttle did not come on agreed time to leave early morning and we ended up with missed flight
So rude and annoying staff in morning shift June 4/5 th 2024

What breakfast? No room service, no free breakfast.
There was a huge buffet for convection people. It was $25.00 per person, way too much money and way too much food. Something small and inexpensive would have been great.

They were supposed to not charge the credit card until the guest checked in they charged my credit card I'm this the limo driver for the customer they were supposed to charge the customer's credit card I was just making a reservation for him? 🤔
Everything. The hallways smelled really pretty. The room was perfect. The pillows were extra plush and billowy and the bed comfortable. The staff greeted us upon check in and all went smoothly. The breakfast was hot. Lots of shopping and eating nearby and maybe downtown Chicago was a 25 minute drive but freeway was always congested no matter time of day. Had a warm indoor pool.
I liked absolutely everything.The hotel and the room are clean, no foreign smells, good bed, comfortable. Breakfast includes scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, bacon, sausages, yogurt, milk, pancakes, juice, coffee, egg, bread. Everything is delicious.We were lucky. Even the church is within walking distance!
New hotel, so it is still clean. The room was spacieous and decorated in modern style. The bed sheets soft and clean. The bathroom was clean. The internet was quick, which is not common in most of hotels. The total price for the hotel to the comfort value comparison, I will give 9 points.
This was the 1st time we stayed in a hotel with our new puppy, and the staff was so welcoming. Pool was on the smaller side, but heated, so that was nice since it was snowing outside at the time. Free breakfast is always a great perk for a fellow breakfast lover, like myself.
The staff was excellent and provide that best service ever. I really liked the counter person that took my information as I registered. She was very cordial and attentive to what I needed. I would stay again at this hotel if I have to go and see my client that is nearby.
all areas of the property were exceptional. cleanliness, comfort, maintenance, guest services & availability, along with courteous, knowledgeable and attentive staff created a wonderful experience for my wife and I.
My beds were very comfortable. The hotel was pretty. The rooms were nice and clean and the bathrooms were well equipped with great smelling soap. One of the concierges in the evening was very friendly and helpful
everyone was extremely nice and helpful. There was a problem with the booking through Booking.com, however the hotel manager was extremely helpful in getting it resolved for us. She was extremely kind and polite.
The hotel and all its facilities were in excellent conditions, but the one thing I love the most was the service. They were all, without exceptions, very kind and attentive.
