Exceptional breakfast- I love their Egg sandwich with a nice cold orange juice added. (The best)
Their inside rooms/ beds are always comfortable, and spacious. Also the property is kept clean, and had space to walk around and to enjoy the amenities.
The staff is always so pleasant and welcoming.
Thank you to the staff and property manager for a pleasant stay. I look forward to more bookings.

The room was clean and spaceous, but you had to pay extra for a microwave. The cleanning staff was very inconsiderate! They completely ignore 'Do not disturb' signs and the maid kept changing the temperature of my thermostat so that I froze every time I walked back into the room at night. The first day I checked in, I notified the Front Desk that the lock on my patio door did not work correctly. I could not open the door with my key from the outside. I stayed there for 5 days and the lock was never fixed.

Great hotel for the price located in a fantastic neighborhood, you can walk everywhere, close to many shops, great restaurants and pubs. Korner 67 was excellent and for sports fans, don't miss Miller's Ale House or Trivia night at The Garrison Taproom. The room at the hotel was large and the grounds were spacious. The hotel was roughly a 25-minute drive from Miami International Airport and had lots of parking. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had added a review regarding this hotel and it's funny how it was just taken off for whatever reason. I feel that ppl need to know how dirty this place is. And when I say dirty I mean roach on the floor, on the ceiling. toilet not working and the person in the lobby is making the guest fix the toilet. I completely couldn't even understand. I had requested the rental from Friday to Sunday for a wedding party. But after seeing all that we just decided to leave Saturday even if it meant forfeiting one night.

I used to live in Miami Lakes. I loved it there.
I used to live in Miami Lakes. I loved it there. Never had any issues. Safe and friendly town. Just about everything I needed was within a few miles. Restaurants, entertainment, parks & shopping plazas. People are friendly and helpful there. Great city.
The Hotel was conveniently situated to where I had to be the following day. However, the room, hallways, and stairwell smelled musty/moldy, and unfortunately although no smoking was permitted in the building (which is a good thing), people were smoking outside the entrance, and the smoke was getting into the building, which I suspect contributes to the unpleasant odor of the interior Aside from that, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen, bathroom, and amenities were good.
The hotel was very clean, room was clean. I was very pleased with the pool view patio. Bed was very comfortable and staff was friendly. Thinking of staying here once a month just to get away, it is so peaceful. It is also close to the highway so you may hear cars going by but only when on the patio which did not bother me since I like civilization. I was happy with my stay.
All experience with the hotel was excellent, but the cherry was the help of the team (mainly from Maria Moran) who help me with some package that previously bought and forgot at the hotel. Maria and the team support me looking forward the best alternative to send me the package. I'm very grateful with them for this support.
Very helpful and kind hotel staff and Manager. Close (2 min by car) to Miami Lakes restaurants area with a lot of choice of restaurants in very calm and relaxed residential area. Practical location to drive out to Florida keys, West coast of Florida (Naples, Tampa) and 30 min to Miami Beach.
Great bed. Very quiet hotel in quiet neighbourhood. Exactly what we were looking for
It was our hotel for training when I was on the 777 at Air Canada. In fact, I was on the hotel committee that picked it for the pilots.
Loved the feel of warmth in the surroundings, the history of the hotel. Beautiful location with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Felt very safe. Rooms very spacious and clean.
We very much the location of the hotel, in beautiful Miami Lakes and in walking distance from nice restaurants. We also like the spacious rooms, the trees and plants, and the pool area.
Everything was excellent!! From the check in to the room , pool , cleanliness of the entire facility . I always stay at this hotel on my visits to Miami and will continue to .
The best restaurant in the local area was the one in the hotel. The room was big and clean. I liked that the arrangement of the rooms made it easy to get to your car.
Clean and modern, this hotel is perfect for a stay in Miami Lakes. Easy to get to, and close to a small shopping center with restaurants, banking services, etc.
