All employees where horrible! My ac was broken the whole stay I asked to get it fixed it different room never got that they had someone with a bucket of water and a rag just clean it! When my ac in my room looked like it had been punched several times!! And also they would not give me or my family towels or wash clothes to take a shower or swim in the pool! Because they said they had none! I paid for breakfast and all they put out was pop tarts!!!! When it was supposed to be a full breakfast bar! Such horrible services! Need new people our room was dirty and smelly the whole time! Will never book with them AGAIN!

Everything !!! The staff was very helpful , respectful, well mannered , polite . The breakfast was amazing . Biscuits , scrambled eggs , sausage links , patties , they even had gravy and sausage for the biscuits, waffles , yogurt , cereal I mean it was many options!! They have a pool but inside the hotel along with a Jacuzzi. The rooms was amazing very comfy , clean . Only thing I hated was the smell from the air conditioning unit but I will definitely be booking again

The breakfast was good. The staff was good.. The room was clean. It had a small kitchenette which I liked. I loved the set up of the room with the bath between the rooms. It accomdates a family well with this setup. It seemed large and the family could spread out and having the bath between the rooms even gave extra space for changing clothes ect. Walking out the door to the pool was awesome. Both pools were nice in and outdoor. I liked the balcony as well. It has a lot of accodations
