The country music museum was excellent. We took a walk over to the statehouse which was most interesting and then down to the bicentennial park which told the history of Tennessee in tandem with the nation's history. A unique presentation and absolutely fascinating.
I don't know where you get the name "Lynndale" because this hotel is in Morristown, Tennessee. Morristown is a lovely town nestled in the Smoky Mountains.
Easily understandable why this city is regarded as the best in Tennessee. Simple to navigate, great attractions and activities to satisfy all interests. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay albeit the weather was a touch cool. Innside restaurant is a top choice for breakfast. Be sure to make a turn at The Honest Pint for well priced food and pints.
Memphis is the worst place in Tennessee. It is dangerous with a high crime rate. However, if you catch Uber's or hotel shuttles everywhere you are grand. Only reason to visit Memphis is Graceland, Sun Studios and that's about it! Majestic Grill is the best restaurant... it was converted from a theatre into a beautiful and affordable restaurant.
We went to the Tennessee Aquarium, and The Bonefish Grill for dinner. ( Make reservations first..they were booked) The aquarium was amazing and the restaurant had the best food. Great portion sizes and the drinks were perfectly made. We will certainly be back.

Visit Downtown Knoxville in Gay Street were the famous Tennessee Theater is located and beside of it is the cozy Market Square, were you could find bars,restaurants and shops at affordable prices. Within the city, lies a natural park called Ijams Nature center were you could do a hike, explore and experience a man made bridge that surrounds the cliff and yes its all in downtown Knoxville area. Last but not the least, the famous Sunsphere of Knoxville, an observation desk will give you a unique treat, also located in downtown.
Great city steeped in music history,gotten busy in the 8 years since our last trip but we thoroughly enjoyed all it has to offer including a good base to explore other parts of Tennessee . Lots of good bars but like last time we stuck to Layla's blue grass inn and Roberts' western world next door .
It was awsome. U need to check out everything. Go to the Tennessee aquarium. My kids love. Also go to Coolidge park and rent a bike great view. Check out Good dog. Awsome dogs. Then get desert at Crumbles ice cream. The best in Chattanooga.
I liked this city. You only need to spend a few days here to see all you want - but well worth stopping by! Scenery is stunning. Lookout Mountain and Ruby Falls are amazing. Friendly place. Parts of downtown are a little run-down. But the Riverfront area has a lot of regeneration and it's looking good! If you're touring Tennessee, spend a couple of days here - you won't regret it!
The location is ok, surrounded by other hotels and set back enough from the road that the usually light traffic is not an issue. Many places to eat within walking distance and a supermarket next door. I recommend the Applebees as the staff are fabulous. Breakfast is adequate. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are worth having a go in. The pool is limited to 5 feet. The room is spacious, with fridge and microwave. Glory be for us Brits, a good size tub to soak in. So good, I'm returning to it a few days later after a mare elsewhere in Tennessee.
clean, quiet, comfortable bed, easy to find right off interstate 40 East. Driving across country from Northern California to Tennessee with 5 nights in hotels including Hampton inn, Marriott, and other Best Westerns. I am very picky and this was buy far the best yet. excellent value for cost in all the areas that matter. Being a light sleeper it was really nice not having the microwave lights, light the whole room at night. A+. also seemed like a growing area with several fast food restaurants nearby.
This was I and my wife's second trip to Tennessee. Every hotel that was pet friendly was booked on the Parkway therefore, we resorted to the next town over which was Townsend about 35 min from Pigeon Forge. Tash, Claudette and Andre were excellent hosts during our stay! The breakfast bar was very good and the coffee was soooo good! We also liked the fact that it was quiet here and the beds were comfortable; we rested well! The rooms were clean and we will definitely visit here again!
I must say that I do not give reviews very often but I feel as though this hotel and it's staff needed a review for me because of the excellence that this hotel has. The staff was extremely helpful in every way possible help me book rooms at a cheaper price than third party people. The breakfast was extremely good and the overall stay was excellent as well if you are going through Lebanon Tennessee I would definitely recommend La Quinta inn over any other one near there
08/2023 - we are family of 5 and first time visiting gatlinburg tennessee(smokey mountain national park) The location , room / hotel, the employees, good nice free breakfast every morning etc..everything was excellent and satisfying. it is a walking distance to every stores/rides etc. car rides close to the entrance of the smokey mountain. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL who would like to visit gatlinburg/smokey national park.
Everything, cleanliness, the modern look, the bed was super comfortable, I love the shower in our room. The customer service was outstanding. The location was great. We come to Jackson Tennessee alot my son plays football at one of the colleges there. Now we have been staying at the other hotels but this will definitely be our new home when visiting Jackson.

I really love the flexibility of people who worked over this hotel in general, I was supposed to check in at 3pm, but landed in Tennessee around 2am to be at the at 3am and they accepted to check me in at no cost since the room was available at that time. room was clean and it is a quick area! I will definitely book this place again!
Memphis
Location and Everything about the apartment, the host is so easy to deal with and even called round to check all was ok. The property itself was amazing and perfect and if you visit Memphis, don't stay anywhere else but here. I'll definitely be recommending and I will be back next time I am in Tennessee
Convenience to downtown and University of Tennessee is great. Could walk to all the amenities on Gay St, Market Square and Old City. The apartment was quiet and had all the amenities we needed for our stay, was nice having access to a kitchen. Parking was convenient. Value was also good for what we needed.
The beds are very comfortable probably the most comfortable I have ever seen in a hotel or an Airbnb. But the shower is what made it the bomb!! I will definitely be staying there again if I visit Tennessee. The staff was amazing. I was worried by a couple of the reviews, but it was very very nice.
We traveled to visit the University of Tennessee last weekend, and were looking for basic accommodations. This fit the bill and the price was cheap. It was clean and there was ample parking. Water pressure was good. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was the typical basic items.
Hotel conveniently located to University of Tennessee football stadium. Food at the Bistro was fresh and yummy! Check-in and out were super easy. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and quiet. No hall or neighboring room noise.
I usually do not stay at La Quinta hotels because, as a brand, they seem old to me, but this one was updated, nice, and clean. It was also close to Tennessee Tech, which was great! I will definitely put this on my list of hotels to stay at while in the area.
