Upon entering the property, Ms. Vicki (head of housekeeping) greeted me with a big, bright smile (which is a rarity these days) as she was mopping the foyer. She was AMAZINGLY pleasant! Ju at the front desk made checking-in FUN! MOST IMPORTANTLY, the property was EXTREMELY CLEAN and I didn’t have to beg for face towels as there were enough to last through our stay. When visiting Nola, this will always be my hotel of choice!
Nothing about this hotel i liked the staff are very unpleasant and the room i was switched to was very nasty the hotel manager and general manager kicked me out the hotel bcus i had proof of the nastiness in the rooms and had the neeve to say bcus i denied the maid to service my room that's why
