Great location! Lovely welcome on arrival, once we'd checked in we were given the gate code and shown to our rooms. Reception were helpful with any further questions we had. The room was comfy and cosy and had all we needed for our stay. Loved the communal breakfast set up, it won't be everyone's cup of tea but we really liked it. There's also lots of choice, cereals, toast, bagels, pastries, egg, coffee and juice.
We liked the price and location. We went to New Orleans to sight-see. This hotel is across the river from the French Quarter. Parking is a problem around downtown, but we saved a lot of time and money by using the Algiers Point ferry which lands at Canal Street right by the aquarium and the casino.
The beauty of the property. The bed was very comfortable. House keeping in our area was so prompt and kind. I needed additional pillows and the front desk sent them up right away. The location was away from heavy traffic yet convenient to all that we wanted to do.
Pool and poolside bar were amazing and great fun. Hotel was beautiful with lovely spacious rooms. Hotel staff were extremely friendly. Great location with easy walk to french quarter and excellent restaurants in the immediate neighborhood.

I thought it was a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, but it was actually 3 full baths! Also, the interior bedroom didn't have a window, but they compensated with a skylight, which was able to be opened and closed with a button. It was great!

Very friendly staff. Unfortunatly when we were there the Corona virus was in full swing so breakfast and meals were not relevent but our suite was well stocked with all we needed to cook or socialize

Location was perfect, good smell in the lobby and kind stuff. Nice interior. In the evening there was so good hot chocolate and peanut butter and jelly.
