Every staff member was so helpful and pleasant. The location was fantastic. In great proximity to attractions such as Rockefeller, Central Park, St Patrick's Cathedral and the various subway stations to go further afield.
Complimentary tea/coffee/fruit available and water throughout the day. Also bottled water provided daily. Beds were comfortable, bathroom and closet were more than adequate. We requested a kettle and this was provided. All in all, a very good experience at this hotel and I'd have no hesitation to recommend it or stay there again.
