The facilities were top notch. The pool, breakfast buffet, and the room were incredible. It was the nicest hotel we have stayed at and they were so accommodating with anything we asked for.

Carlos, the owner, was extremely nice. This was a last minute booking as our hotel that was booked 6 months in advance cancelled our reservation last minute (long story). Our friends arrived 3 hours ahead of us and we had the rental car. Carlos kindly took them to the store to get some food for dinner. There was a separate room that was kind of like an employee lunchroom with a fridge, coffee pot, toaster, espresso machine, some coffee and supplies. The table was nicely set with dishes.
The comfort of the room and the amenities that came with it. I also was unaware that it was close to a mall and restaurants but it was an added bonus and convenience. My next visit to Miami I will be staying at this hotel.
