Nice neighborhood. Pretty nice house with more than enough room for a family. Pretty good shopping and restaurants.

Restaurants and stores were readily available.
Florida drivers can be terrible and rude to those with an out-of-state license plate, but navigating the city went well.
I would do things differently next time, but I am not sure that there is anything I would avoid.

It was just right after that hurricane Ian.
But it was stil up and running so I give it An A for legoland being opened when we arrived.
It would have probably been a great place to visit before the hurricane hit.
The water was very high hope the people who live in the in the are stay safe.

This city is a dangerous place. The locals are not friendly. There's nothing you can do in this city at night. This town needs years of development. Wal-Mart, Aldi, few restaurants are the only new places you can go. I never coming back to that town.

I don’t know anything about city but the estate Southern Dunes is very nice golf course estate and safe.Haines city not far away from Disney world and Universal studios.Overall very good location for a family holidays.
The property had a pool and was in a gated community. The community was comfortable with vacation renters as there seemed to be other homes in the area that could be rented. Home was very clean with a game room in the garage. Everyone that stayed really thought it was a highlight to our trip. Decorated nicely and organized easily for renters with pretty much everything you need. Host was easy to contact by phone and email. Not many questions I had to ask and all were answered quickly.
Our company sent a crew of 5 to work at a factory in Haines City. State Motel was able to meet all the needs of the crew by being close to the job, having parking for oversized vehicles, nice, clean rooms, and having quality restaurants within walking distance. If we need to return we will definitely be staying here again
The house was great. Easy to get in and out once we went through the security check. It's a lovely gated community. It was a decent house just decided to stay at hotels going forward for less money out of pocket compared to renting a house. THis was our first and last time staying at a house privately owned home.
The unit was exceptionally clean and roomier than a hotel room.
The area was newer and very quiet yet located just a few minutes from shops and restaurants and major thoroughfares, so easy to get around.
The host was very friendly, responsive and accommodating to any needs.
We booked the house, but house was given to someone else for a week. . We tried to reach the host... but nerve picked up the phone . We had to go the hotel . That was real bed. I will suggest not to book any house with booking.com
