What was the $70 fees. I am a 100% American Disabled Veteran from Vietnam. Mary and Meagan of your staff was exceptional. I enjoyed and rested and had tons of fun and adventure s in the area. First time visitor. I will return one day. I told family and close friends to visit, soon.

Wonderful things to do and great place to go eat. There are caves to go see, music to enjoy, shopping in great places, and need to visit again to be able to more. So easy to get around and close to a lot of different things.

Goodlettsville was a awesome place.
Goodlettsville was a awesome place. There is a lot of places to eat. Nicely located about 15 minutes from Nashville. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We even had to ask a local policeman how to find krispie Kreme donuts. He knew exactly where it was. We had a good laugh. We're not staying anywhere else when we're going to Nashville.

Booked 2 rooms, both with sofa beds for 8 guests; however, received 2 rooms with total of 3 beds and no sofa. Front desk would not correct their error at 3 pm because they were overbooked.
Single use toiletries were used by previous guests because only half full for 4 guests! Not sanitary!!!
Front desk said they ran out of shampoo.

It's more of smaller city towards KY Lg City Park Few good restaurants Kroger, Walmart all Ness close by to Hendersonville 10 mins to Indian Lake shopping & eating and lake Be careful of your Selection of budget friendly stays some full of homeless many local to drugs & police called reg. Best stays for few dollars more on Conference Dr To Rivergate Pkwy area Worth for Safety family & pets. CLEANLINESS to Hospitality

Reported issues to front desk with toilet and mini fridge. Neither issue was taken care of by the end of our stay. Billing became an issue when they tried to run my credit card after funds were secured and management was rude and unprofessional. My overall impression was that they truly do not care about their guests.
Good location, generally quiet (no traffic noise despite being near main roads). Restaurants & fuel nearby. Hotel was very clean and seemed well maintained. Room was spotless and quite spacious. Large desk/counter top (with a spot for luggage) and a closet. Bathroom was very clean also, lots of room.
Staff was friendly, attentive and professional. Breakfast met expectations. Breakfast attendant earns an A+ for keeping the area clean and stocked! Good location. Hotel was quiet despite being booked with plenty of guests. Refrigerator kept items cold!
The location is near to I-65 so easy for travelers to connect to. Staff was friendly. Breakfast had enough choices but, was abundant. The hotel is really good for families to stay. Had a nice indoor swimming pool.
Jetted tubs inside rooms! Located right off the highway and not too far from downtown Nashville! The pool was opened and nice and plenty of food options not too far from the hotel!
The room was very dingy and had stains on the couch and lampshade. The floor felt sticky and it was all around not inviting. I canceled my stay and went to another hotel.
The staff was so great and worked so well with us. The overall hotel was clean and well kept. If we travel to the area again I would stay here for sure.
