The location is close to the ocean and we used our balcony to see it every day. The rooftop seating gives a great view and place to rest for all guests. Lots of free parking around. The staff were lovely and made sure we enjoyed our stay. Love the fact the hotel belongs to a family with a great back story too. The staff spoke warmly of the owners which is always good to hear.

Wonderful staff, amazingly clean room, really nice grounds, and, honestly, the rooms are spectacular. Private balcony or porch, layout of rooms are excellent, and although I didn’t make it to breakfast I’ve heard that it is more than satisfying.
I was only booked for one night as I was heading to my land in beddington but I needed a second night. Julie took care of the whole thing. The whole stay was relaxing and well run. Great inn and highly recommended!

This Inn is a magical place! A million dollar view, a super fantastic real American bed, very large room and very well furnished in detail, the ladies of the staff super kind, smiling, Cleanliness of the rooms, really very well taken care of. Camden Town is very nice and make sure you do the Sailing trip at sunset. Waterfront Café was lively and good food.
Rockland has a lovely museum, named Farnsworth, beautiful and we had a nice meal at funky Miranda café/restaurant. Rockport is a pretty town but nowhere to eat lunch only a great coffee shop and 2 restaurants for dinner. Check out Three Dogs café on route 1 between Rockland and Camden, good breakfast and lunch.

The hotel was in a great spot by the bay. We had a suite with was very nice and had great views and a porch. There are really nice spots to sit down by the water and the infinity pool is super nice. Staff was super friendly as well. Was the best stay of our trip by far!
