Came to Caldwell for my 60th high school reunion.
Came to Caldwell for my 60th high school reunion. Had a great time in Caldwell. Good eats at several types of restaurants. Close to College Station home to Texas A&M University but with better prices for lodging in Caldwell. You can save money on your lodging and still be only twenty or so minutes from all the attractions in College Station.

It was a good stay all in all just a few minor things.
It was a good stay all in all just a few minor things. There was no toilet paper and there was no shower curtain.
There breakfast was not the best could have been better with hot food. They have great beds and a great indoor pool. there day staff is wonderful and all in all it was a great stay. The price was a good range as well and a good location.
so when booking a cheap roadside motel, you are basically rolling the dice. anyone who has done this a lot knows. this one was a winner. updated and clean. the amenities were the bare minimum, you could tell they were trying to meet some outside standard as inexpensively as possible, but who cares? The room was spotless and the modern. Perfect for a quick sleep on the way to somewhere else
The room was very clean and the rates were reasonably priced. It was a great alternative to staying in Bryan/College Station, where room rates are dramatically hiked for graduations. My daughter's commencement ceremony was just a 25 minutes drive away from the Surrey Inn. Wifi access was good and the shower felt great -- hot water and adequate pressure.
The location was perfect. We stayed at this location to see a show in College Station. It was only about 30 min away, so it wasn’t bad. Larry was great! He accommodated our needs and was very friendly at check in & check out. The room was clean and everything worked fine. If we’re ever in this location and need a place to stay, we would come back!
The Inn was centrally located to the Civic Center, eateries, grocery store. Staff was quick to respond to replacing the iron when we called the office. The staff was friendly. Love the fact the floors didn't have the standard hotel carpet on the floor. The venue has a washer/dryer if you needed to do a load of clothes during your stay.
We were staying at another hotel that was filthy nasty and got a last minute booking here. The owner was busting butt to make sure we were in a clean room and we were comfortable! Kudos for valuing your customers we will definitely stay again
Surrey Inn exceeded our expectations. The room furnishings were average for a motel, but the beds were very comfortable, the room had a refrigerator and microwave, and everything was very clean. The water pressure in the shower was awesome.
There was nothing that I liked about this motel. The employee at the desk was pleasant and was responsive in trying to correct some of the issues we experienced.
