My husband and I stayed at the Fairmont for Labour Day Weekend recently, it was my birthday and our honeymoon. We were looking for something special, before I flew back to the UK and we were parted for a while again. The Fairmont did not disappoint. From the moment we pulled up outside the hotel, the service was impeccable. Every single person we came into contact with deserves recognition and a mention in this review. We went for a special occasion and the Fairmont was not just a wonderful hotel, the team made it an experience to remember. Stevan met us and unloaded our luggage. At check-in we were welcomed by Amber. Stevan then ensured we and our luggage got to our room in comfort. We later spoke with Krishna about a slight blip that wasn’t the fault of the hotel. She couldn’t have done any more to help, polite and very quick to find the resolution. The second evening we stayed we ate at the Garrison restaurant onsite. I’ve eaten at some top restaurants over the years and I can say without doubt, the service and food was impeccable. The team there were so in sync it was seamless. Alex, Fernando, Enrique, Roberto, Nicholas…simply the best team. We felt like we made 5 new friends that evening, and I would welcome all of them to the UK and host them in a heartbeat. The chefs put together the most amazing and unique food. Finally on check out we met with Manager Adam. Again, a great experience, truly looked after us and without any hesitation I would recommend this hotel to anyone, the surroundings are stunning, but they are nothing without the amazing team that looked after us. My husband and I can’t thank you enough and we look forward to visiting again very soon.

The room was spacious and clean, very comfortable! Probably one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at! It exceeded our expectations. The fact that we could also do out laundry there was a plus. The location is great and the staff is nice! Crystal at the front desk was so sweet during check-in. Overall it was an excellent stay, we’d highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!
We stayed here the night I proposed to my fiance and everything about the experience of the stay was amazing. Beautiful property, great pool, and amazing studio room. They even have record players in the rooms with a great collection of vintage vinyls in the lobby to check out for listening.
Rooms have everything you could need and showers are strong and well powered, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the included breakfast was good and you could pick from a range of hot breakfast, cereals, fruit juices, pastries, waffles and fruit.

Good price / quality value. Friendly manager. At the day of the departure we had to leave early. The hotel manager arranged breakfast before normal opening hours.
The rooms were super clean and smelled great. The beds were so comfortable! The staff were efficient and friendly. I would like to stay for a week or so.
