We were displaced from our home due to the tornado 🌪️
that we had here in Cypress, TX. I just want to say that Pearl @the front desk is such a caring & compassionate human being. I honestly felt her Genuine care & concern for my family & I doing this ordeal. We are already planning an overnight stay for next year to celebrate. We’re so Thankful to GOD for putting kind people like Pearl on our path to assist us during this ordeal. May GOD Bless your facility & All of your employees. The worst place you could ever stay in what they show in the pictures is not the room they gave you there’s no Wi-Fi. It is unsafe and it smells like fish and I couldn’t check in until 6 PM after a very long drive there was no one there to help me until 6 PM

at all times! No complaints whatsoever!! Was traveling with a 13 month old and she enjoyed the stay as well.
There was construction underway that interfered with the entrance/exit but had NO bearing on the service! If back in the area again, that will be my location of stay.

I expected more Staff second to none great but breakfast and they had no coffee, in Lobby . The hotel could have at least had breakfast muffins sealed but the paper.rbag not what I expected for breakfast a bottled water and banana. and maybe put some snacks in there to at least purchase. Not the best experience. The ice machines didnt work on 3 floors. when we went to the main floor to get ice we were told that the local market had ice.
The bed was SO comfortable. It's probably one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in. The room was very spacious.The breakfast was nice too. I would most definitely stay here again.
everything met La Quinta expectations. We choose La Quinta everywhere we stay. Always clean, nice beds and rooms, good breakfast. Only 1 time were we not pleased with a La Quinta hotel
I loved the hotel setup, the room, close to a few places to eat, enough for travellers like us. And next to a gas station. Just what we needed. Breakfast was very good too.
