Just a one night getaway to relax and see a different local city. We also only have a shower in our home so it was wonderful to have a nice big tub to relax in.  my husband broke his shoulder and he likes to soak.

I booked three rooms for me, four others and a dog. The staff was very responsive and helpful. I had to have a
Fedex delivery one morning while off site and the front desk manager sent me a text as requested when the package arrived. We also asked for and received a late checkout time for all three rooms. Upon arrival, we discovered that our suite had one AC unit that that worked properly and one that did not. We reported the issue to the front desk and were immediately offered another suite, which proved unnecessary since the one working unit ultimately provided adequate cooling. After we checked out and were about 10 minutes on the road, the manager contacted me to advise that a briefcase was left in one of the rooms. The owner was able to turn around, return to the property and retrieve the briefcase. Slightly inconvenient, but not the hotel's fault. Quick action on the part of the staff saved the owner from having to deal with a stickier and perhaps more costly logistical problem. We would not hesitate to book here again if we travel to the area in the future. Thanks Hampton Windward staff!

Size of room and comfortable bed; great staff. The staff could not do enough for me, very happy with their efforts. Eg needed extra water or coffee - no problem service with a smile. Breakfast team also always ready to help.

Very responsive and capable staff as well as a property that exceeded expectations. We had several special requests and each was handled as discussed as agreed upon. After we checked out and were about 10 minutes on the road, the manager contacted me to advise that a briefcase was left in one of the rooms. The owner was able to turn around, return to the property and retrieve the briefcase. Slightly inconvenient, but not the hotel's fault. Quick action on the part of the staff saved the owner from having to deal with a stickier and perhaps more costly logistical problem. We would book here again if in the area.

The rooms, pool and entertainment center (pool table and games) were all an extra bonus when we returned from our music venue.
There are a lot of restaurants, a liquor store and shops in the area to pick from, all within walking distance. Even a wonderful sports bar and grill with great food and employees right next to the hotel thus we did not have to drink and drive.
I would most definitely book this hotel again.
Only thing to watch for is I was charged by Booking.com and Aloft hotel, the same amount for my room instead of just Booking.com. I have contacted Booking.com and am awaiting my refund.

When we checked out the clerk was equally rude & not at her desk ! She told us to drop our room cards in a box because she didn't want to bother getting up & giving us a receipt or doing her job !!

We stayed in Alpharetta due to a concert my family was attending near by, and we needed to meet up with a family member in N Ga about 2 hours away, it was perfect, just enough time to stay to explore a bit, and then continue our travels, Alpharetta was lovely, nature everywhere, well kept, and has all stores and services you could possibly need. The roads are well maintained, easy to travel and signage is clear.

Alpharetta is a beautiful area with wonderful restaurants and shopping; a 20 minute drive into Atlanta, depending on traffic. The best of the suburbs with the availability of the big city easily attainable.
The location and ease of access were great. I did get confused with the other Marriott Courtyard in the area, because I did not realize there were two in Alpharetta. My coworker went there and I ended up being the only one at the new one. However, It worked out and was a better location for my client visit.
I left a couple of items, and Ciara Dacas was particularly helpful in letting me know I had left a keyboard in my room and she would coordinate getting those Items shipped back to me.
The hotel was amazing! The lobby was beautiful and the room clean and spacious. The beds are so very comfortable too. We loved the hot breakfast each morning. The waffles were great as well as the bacon and eggs. Another thing we loved was the area around the hotel. There was plenty of nice shops and restaurants in walking distance of the hotel. We absolutely will stay here again when in Atlanta.
The Hilton Garden Inn was a great treat. the staff was welcoming; the room was very clean and quiet. The restaurant on-site was operating and offering room service. Breakfast was served promptly, and the waiter was considerate and gracious. One of the most pleasant hotel experiences I’ve had in several years. A high value service at a very reasonable price.
The facilities were always clean. Furnishings were up-to-date. The bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was amazing. The hot water stayed hot and the water pressure was perfect. The TV with the personalized welcome message was a wonderful touch. This hotel was the best we've experienced.
My stay here has been amazing, clean, spacious rooms. Separate living area is wonderful. Breakfast is consistently tasty with a variety of items. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Overall I would recommend this hotel to my friends and coworkers
The hotel is extremely convenient with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The valets are the best I’ve seen anywhere. They are always friendly and smiling, seem to love their job, and they hustle. They are the best!!
My room was very clean and neated. I got little bit shocked by fitness stuffs in the room and fitness center! It was fantastic!! I really recommend to book this hotel for a person who really love to excercise.
Hotel itself is all around great place to stay the night if you enjoy the Avalon area. Nice enough and great location. Easy to grab a bite at South City Kitchen or Starbucks in the morning.
