Everything. The staff was so accommodating especially trinka. Anything we needed they made sure we had it. They treated us like family. Everyone speaks and smiles. My son and I got in an accident in January and had to stay due to doctors visits. It was an extended stay but they have all been so kind and you definitely can’t beat the rates. It’s quiet and serene. I’d book here randomly just to get away and get some rest if I needed too. From my family to yours we love and thank you

The rooms, pool and entertainment center (pool table and games) were all an extra bonus when we returned from our music venue.
There are a lot of restaurants, a liquor store and shops in the area to pick from, all within walking distance. Even a wonderful sports bar and grill with great food and employees right next to the hotel thus we did not have to drink and drive.
I would most definitely book this hotel again.
Only thing to watch for is I was charged by Booking.com and Aloft hotel, the same amount for my room instead of just Booking.com. I have contacted Booking.com and am awaiting my refund.

The room had a blown out bulb in the bathroom , making it dark to shower !
When we checked out the clerk was equally rude & not at her desk ! She told us to drop our room cards in a box because she didn't want to bother getting up & giving us a receipt or doing her job !!

We stayed in Alpharetta due to a concert my family was attending near by, and we needed to meet up with a family member in N Ga about 2 hours away, it was perfect, just enough time to stay to explore a bit, and then continue our travels, Alpharetta was lovely, nature everywhere, well kept, and has all stores and services you could possibly need. The roads are well maintained, easy to travel and signage is clear.

Alpharetta is a beautiful area with wonderful restaurants and shopping; a 20 minute drive into Atlanta, depending on traffic. The best of the suburbs with the availability of the big city easily attainable.

First time back in two years.
First time back in two years. Shocked to find there is still a lack of employees in hotels, restaurants, stores, everywhere, especially in light of all the complaining from people about how poor they are and how expensive everything is.
The location and ease of access were great. I did get confused with the other Marriott Courtyard in the area, because I did not realize there were two in Alpharetta. My coworker went there and I ended up being the only one at the new one. However, It worked out and was a better location for my client visit.
I left a couple of items, and Ciara Dacas was particularly helpful in letting me know I had left a keyboard in my room and she would coordinate getting those Items shipped back to me.
Our stay was really nice. The apartment was just what we needed for our visit to Alpharetta. It was close to shopping and restaurants (The Avalon hotel lobby restaurant was great for brunch and loved MF Bar for sushi). It was also nice to have a secure garage for our rental car. Angela was very communicative and flexible with our arrival! The wine and snacks were a nice tough as well!
VERY comfy bed. Great location for me near work. Pleasant and helpful staff. Room wasn't especially luxurious but it had all I needed and was a good size. Nice shower. One of the best priced hotels in the area and certainly worth the money, would definitely stay again.
We chose Aloft Alpharetta to stay at because we were attending a show at Ameris Bank Amphitheater. The hotel is in a perfect location just over a mile from the venue. The rooms were perfect and the staff were amazing. We will definitely be staying here again.
The first took that we stayed in smelled like smoke (not their fault), they changed us immediately. Staff made sure we were comfortable and breakfast wasn’t big but had the essentials. The hotel was clean! Definitely worth a nights stay.
We like that a microwave and refrigerator was included in the room, the staff was friendly and the hotel was in a great location. They were in the process of renovation and everything looked nice.
Marketing for the room promised way more than reality provided. The bed was not oversized / supersize, the couch / bunk bed doesn't deserve the name, pool was closed and it smelled terribly.
