The staff were very helpful, i faced a problem in getting a sim card the man on the front desk offered to go with me and to translate.

We stayed one night and liked everything . We had a modern and nicely decorated and comfortable room at 4th floor with balcony with a view to the Marmara Sea. It has elevator. Well equipped bathroom and coffee and electrical kettle in the room. Very kind staff. Good food at the restaurant with a reasonable price. Good place for parking. Swimming pool.

Reasonable weekend price 210 , Breakfast 15 Eur / pers. Nice sea view, Giant 50 m, 8 line water pool, full day working aquapark for everybody. Free car parking. Clean, sand and empty sea coast ~400 m outside in mid June. Main share of domestic visitors.

I will show you pictures of the "real" Hotel! What is advertised it actually is, what a scam I'm not surprised Booking is working with them.
I travel a lot this is the second time Booking is living me out to dry.
We are very pleased with a hotel that we have been coming to for a long time. With the new renovation and decor, everything has become more beautiful. The team and the business are amazing, especially Şaban Bey at the reception, who is incredibly knowledgeable and sincere, I would like to thank Şaban BEY for making us feel like a home here and also for approaching us like a family
The hotel is clean and well-maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel serves both breakfast and dinner buffets. I don't know about anything midday. The breakfast and dinner buffets were very well-stocked and offered well-prepared foods served at appropriafterate temperatures. The offerings were largely traditional Turkish dishes and were delicious.
The room was really spacious and very clean in general. The AC was working as it should and the bathroom was fully equipped with all the necessary things. Breakfast was decent (though without many options) and the hotel's location is excellent. People in the reception were very helpful and the overall experience was great.
This is a price/performance champion, if you are looking for a weekend getaway, a boutique hotel ambience etc do not attempt to book. Perfectly located for people travel a long way from Europe to stop before the mad traffic of Istanbul. Furniture is old, hardware is a bit run down but decently clean and bed is comfortable.
Excellent in all respects. Manager/Owner and staff extremely welcoming and helpful. Very comfortable room. Facilities first class. The breakfast was incredible: huge choice and all very tasty. We also had a very good supper at the hotel. Will definitely come back when we are in the area. Very highly recommended.
Very young and polite personal. Price is very good compared to other institutions. İt's the first uygulamalı Hotel (Hotels which are operated by Highschools and their students) which i could book in the internet. Optimal if you are driving through and want to stay one night before reaching Istanbul.
The staff of the hotel is truly helpful. We were warmly welcomed by Mehmet and Deniz upon our arrival to the hotel.
The staff members also helped us to arrange a taxi to the airport (for our departure).
We stayed for 4 days. The room was nice and clean, the AC did a great job and thr bathroom had a nice big shower. The hotel staff was always friendly and happy to help. I would come again.
