The room where I stayed made me feel like I was in my own home (I chose the Nur room). Very neat and spacious. Not to mention the view from the room, impressed me enormously.
If you are a person who likes quiet, this is the perfect place for you. If you have a laptop with you, I suggest you sit outside on the patio and watch a movie with your partner. One of my favourite memories. ♥️

there are many many options to do in Agva, you can visit many historical places or you can have some great time in local and warm restaurant (Liman Restaurant, Gizemli Nehir, Kucuk Ev Restaurant or cafes such as Simitci, Kahveci, Gazozcu, You can try shisha in there too :) Agva brings you lovely and romantic holiday.
Agva is a very small village just outside Istanbul, which is on the Black Sea but has a lovely scenic river running through it. The location is amazing as it sits just on the river. Having breakfast, lunch or dinner on the water's edge is a must.
The manager, who seemed very multi-tasked, was extremely helpful, taking us on a boat ride (free), and ensuring we had all we needed during our one day stay.
In the evening, we had a live singer and we stayed around the fire, which was really enjoyable.
Spent 3 days in Agva in July 2023 with family and stayed at the Sapphire hotel. Saphire is a family run hotel. Rooms are very clean, and their breakfast is delicious. It is a family run business, child friendly and suitable if you are looking for some peace and quiet. The beach is less than 5 minutes by foot from the hotel. I highly recommend this boutique family hotel.

Very cute n Beautiful hotel. Room was quite big n well decorated. Neat n clean room with a balcony over looking the river. Perfect gateway place amidst nature for a quiet n cosy staycation. We also enjoyed the company of some extra friendly cats n dogs living there. Super helpful n welcoming staffs. Beakfast was excellent too. We just loved our 1 night stay.
i like the big space in the bungalow that we stayed in , the staff was very helpful , the view was every amazing , the breakfast was the best and some dishes are changed every day , the facilities like the bikes was for free and the river bike also where for free , it was such a relaxing time in Agva and i like the people of Agva at all .
Everyone is super friendly, and the place feels both natural and in order simultaneously. We think this is a real gem. The breakfast was very filling and delicious, I would write the negatives also, but we couldn’t find any. I highly recommend. Thank me later. I am more than happy to add this location to my Istanbul trip.

Best reason for me to book this hotel for next time is that there isn't any cat there. And food are fantastic specially levrek fish. Breakfast is good.. Charcoal fireplace in our room is very nice
To start with the location, very easy to get in, there is parking at the entrance, a very beautiful garden, and the river is located next to the garden, we took the pedalo and got a river trip. The bed is very comfortable and the breakfast is the best one we had in turkey so far. Thank you so much

The place feels like cozy home with good location on the river. The breakfast was very good made special for every guest. The view on the river is spectacular in the early morning. The staff were helpful doing their best to help guests and make their needs.
nice view, clean hotel, good food, nice staff. good value if you take half board. You cannot finish all the food they will give you. I recommend you take a boat trip from the hotel. it lasts 30 or 40mn and costs 300 tl, arranged by hotel. worth every penny
