The guest was very friendly, welcoming and kinds. He would offer to help me with everything I needed. It is very rare to find such hospitality. He treated me like family.
Before I came a problem came up suddenly and I had to cancel. I messaged the property if I could get a full refund even tho the policy said only partial if a certain date had passed, and they were willing to send me a full refund, even tho against their policy. This happens very rarely. So kind of them, but I still made the trip.
The accommodation was very good. A quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
The property is located around 150 meters from the metro-bus if you want to go it the center of Istanbul.

If you stay near the Eser hotel, best option is a taxi to the Metro Bus station (Son Durak) and from there you can get into the city (depending where you go its about 30 - 45 minutes for being at the more tourist places. You may need to change. Istanbul travel site was good for a map.

The place has everything you need from the restaurants, shopping malls and boutiques , museum and historical sites and affordable restaurants and souvenier shops along the beach. People are helpful, friendly and honest. The beach has a nice view of the neighbouring towns around Istanbul. The place is quiet and peaceful and a bit far from the chaotic and buisy city of Istanbul.

It's a Turkish beach destination I think - somewhere for locals to get away for the weekend perhaps. But for tourists there isn't much to see or do other than wander along the beach (which is not "beautiful", speaking relatively). We were here for a wedding in the area so it was fine for our needs. The Esser Hotel has a nice pool on the top floor which you can pay to spend the day at (or free if you stay there, which you can do fairly inexpensively). If you want to see Istanbul stay more centrally as it can take 2 hours into town from here in heavy traffic.

the area is full of different restaurants and there is always something going on.
the beach was not that clean and the water as well. there are many rpivate beaches, where you can pay some amount and spend whole day under umbrella and deck chair. the black sea beaches are way more nicer!
We rented a car and drove around. The places that I can recommend: Sile and Cilingoz Tabiat parki! The first one is more about sightseeing, with light house and the tower, the second is natural park with amazing beach!
I liked everything about the hotel , especially the pressure and the temperature of the water inside the shower.
The staff was more than excellent
i would like to give a special thanks to Mrs. Gulnar as she helped us a lot with everything single thing inside the hotel , she managed us well and she was professional in handling out issues throughout our stay.
and also i would like to mention Barrak name from reception for his professional attitudes with us.

Room location is as requested, on upper floor with balcony for sea view.
Breakfast has wide varieties, and most of the food is fresh.
Main lounge is large, comfortable, and quiet.

The staff was welcoming and courteous. The breakfast was elegant and had many options to choose from. The gym had good machines for a good workout. There’s also a spa and swimming pool that we didn’t utilize. Our room had a great view of the sea. The hotel is near the beach and many restaurants to choose from. It’s about 42km drive to airport, 21km to Mall of Istanbul and 41km drive to Taksim Square. The hotel is a good place to stay if you want to avoid crowds.
It looks like a destination in paradise, very rare to find hotel with beachfront in a 16 million people megacity like Istanbul is, an indoor activities including swimming pools,jakuzzi next to it, and jakuzzi inside room is for every recommendation. Been here 6 time in 2 years, always leave with a smile on my face

The location of the hotel is perfect, right on the beach. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We booked a deluxe double room but were upgraded to a family sea view room. That was great. The hotel staff is helpfull and they speak English.
everything was perfect, staff helped a lot. Air conditioning is working well. Room and batroom was clean and tidy. Breakfast is well enough... Hotel located on trafic free coast line, so nice place to walk by the sea.
The bed is comfortable and the location was good /because we had work at the morning in Buyukcekmece/ on our way to Istanbul. So it’s good for one night sleep on the way. The guy on the reception it’s helpful.
