This was one of the nicest hotels I have ever been to! Everything is clean and well-maintained. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is unbelievably delicious and huge. If you're in Dushanbe - I highly highly recommend staying here! Additionally, the wifi is super fast.

It was my first time visiting Tajikistan, and this hotel was just amazing. The service I received from this hotel. The staff is super nice and polite. Feroz from reception was a wonderful, very helpful person I ever met in Tajikistan he was really nice and made my stay very comfortable. I felt like I was home, not a hotel. I’m visiting Tajikistan again in a couple of months and the staffs politeness and kindness will bring me back to Safir Hotel again. I did not expect it to be a beautiful, clean, safe place to walk around even at night. Despite the language barrier, people are nice and accommodating trying to help you with direction. I noticed that the drivers are very patient and seldom use their horn and gives priority to pedestrian. Parks and trees are everywhere. Food and stay is affordable.

We had wonderful time in Tajikistan. I would highly recommend Dushanbe as a cultural experience. Tajikistan is over 90% mountains and the views are wonderful. The general populace is extremely hospitable and kind. Go informed, however. This country is small, poor, and has a corruption problem. The border guards are known to let you in without filling out an immigration card and giving you grief for it when you leave, hoping for bribes. The water is not safe to drink, and I would not recommend buying food from street vendors. If you are traveling from America, do not be surprised at small inconveniences like showers being broken, food items not on the menu, or airplanes running a couple of hours late. But these are small inconveniences. Buy your water, do your homework ahead of time on immigrations, and allow extra hours in your travel times. Relax and enjoy the scenery! You won't be sorry!

It's a beautiful city surrounded by mountains, it should be called city of gardens and flowers, the city has so many beautiful gardens I have not seen in any other city. Very neat and clean streets and roads, spacious walkways along roads, beautiful buildings, looks more beautiful in the night
Value for money is great. Location is pretty good - close to the city center, not far from the airport, several restaurants and various shops in short walking distance. Breakfast was massive and tasty - you will not need another meal until the evening. Our room had a fridge, tea kettle, plates and cups. Laundry service (washing and pressing) for 4kg of clothes was just $10. The hotel is pretty new, almost sparkling so far. Enjoy while it lasts!
The location of the hotel was excellent and walking distance from most of the attractions in Dushanbe. The hotel is fairly new however the staff have made our stay quite pleasant, helped us with booking taxis, etc. Breakfast options was quite nice, a bit slow in the service so make sure to allow for plenty of time in the morning. They will pick you up and drop you to the airport free of cost.. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff was very friendly and they were very helpful with everything I needed. The hotel is new, so it's helpful to have the address ready when taking a taxi to the hotel. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, it's near a main boulevard where you can find many shops, taxis ...etc. The breakfast was decent with a number of choices that suit most people needs.
I have always enjoyed staying at Shumon. Front desk people are always calm, friendly and capable. Everything works and room sizes and amenities are all that one needs. Having a Georgian restaurant and bar onsite is a real bonus at the end of a tiring day. The hotel is not right in the hub of Dushanbe, but al the essentials are within easy walking distance.
During our recent stay as a couple, this hotel truly stood out, earning a flawless 10 out of 10. The attentive staff, pristine rooms, and exceeded expectations in amenities made our experience unforgettable. Best place to stay in Dushanbe! Very clean and comfortable, wonderful breakfast, and gorgeous, spacious rooms. Perfectly located within walking distance to OVIR, banks, restaurants and shops. Extremely kind staff who were very helpful when I wasn’t feeling well. I’ll be coming back!!!

We visited her there, of course. A great hotel, a spacious and cosy room, a wonderful staff and amazing location.
