Very comfortable, nice en-suite. I checked in late and the host was very accommodating and friendly. Highly recommended for a stay in Dushanbe. All the facilities one requires when travelling.

They are a very friendly and helpful family and are located in a lovely, quiet and easy area close to parks, shops, restaurants and embassies in Dushanbe. We had a super stay at Sayfi Guesthouse! Lovely comfortable and clean room, set round a courtyard with a beautiful garden with fairy lights. The guesthouse had a lovely family feel, and made for a perfect place to relax after a Pamir Highway trip! The Professor and his family were very kind and welcoming, helping us arrange an early morning taxi and letting us do laundry for a very small charge. The guesthouse in a lovely neighbourhood with many restaurants and shops nearby. Thank you so much for a great stay! :)

What a wonderful place. From the moment we walked in we were welcomed with open arms by the staff. Sayfi was extremely hospitable and made us feel very welcome and was happy to assist us with all our questions. The rooms were comfortable, and location is great as it's situated right next to the Botanical Gardens.

The Sayfi Guesthouse is a nice, quiet guesthouse that is within walking distance from the main street. It's also close to a small shopping mall and some nice restaurants. As far as budget accommodations go, the guesthouse has everything one may need. The building used to be a dorm for students from nearby universities, and that's exactly the vibe you'll get. I was looking for a relaxed and quiet place to rest after two months of intense traveling and catch up on work. The Sayfi Guesthouse turned out to be the perfect place for that! I had my own quiet room with a desk and a private bathroom, access to a washing machine and kitchenette, and the company of a house cat. It was wonderful! Professor Saifi, the host, made me feel at home. He is an excellent host and a genuinely kind person. He went out of his way to help me with the necessary immigration paperwork during my long stay, which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend the Sayfi Guesthouse!
