The TV in the room was nice. Great to watch movies and accessible through the usual streaming services.
The location of the hotel was nice! Not too close to the busy street but also close enough. There was a 7/11 nearby and had many bike rental/tour companies along the roads to the hotel as well. (It's great to rent a bike!)
The location was also close to the Landmark Night Market which had a great spread and quality of food.

The staffs are nice and helpful and the location is near to the beach. They also allowed us to use the pool even if its past closed time.
It depends what you are looking for. After Cambodia, the relative coolness of the beach location was very pleasant.
Most of the the other guests had mopeds, and were off to other locations during the day.
